This house was truly amazing. Literally the perfect vacation. The beds were very comfortable. The house was super clean. The pool was perfect! And we had such a great time bbqing in that gorgeous backyard. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Peter for opening your home to my family and letting us make memories there. And thank you again for being a text away.

I’ll start with the positives. The backyard was great nice pool and spa and hangout area with a big bbq tv and couches. House had an eclectic style. Lots of games and cards to entertain. The cons- expired food left in pantry- really expired up to 7 years!! Fridge was full of stuff that we didn’t have enough room for alol our stuff. Same goes for the bathrooms full of stuff under the sink- used hair brushes and so many random items under the sink there was not room for my stuff. I mean it’s nice to have items if you forgot them but this was too much I felt like I just walked in to someone else’s home and all their stuff. Fan in living room didn’t work and I noticed on another review he was notified months ago and didn’t fix it. There was also cameras facing the spa which were stated in listing that the backyard had cameras I just felt it was a little intrusive the amount there was. Other that that the property was large, nice landscaping and easy check in and check out process.

We love Peter’s house! It was well equipped with spices and all kitchen supplies! The nickle slot machine was great even though we still lost We sat outside a lot and watch the big screen tv ! We did go down the slide! It was fun for us old folks!!! Peter was great to work with! He was always there to assist us by phone! We will be back! Thank you for share your beautiful home with us! Awesome outdoor space

We really enjoyed our time at Peters. The house was lovely and the outdoor space was just fantastic. It was a great place to reconnect with family and explore the area.

Great stay & experience

PERFECT GET AWAY!!!

Had such a good time at Peter’s place. House is beautiful,clean,organized,secured, close to stores parks, casino, Peter was also the perfect host. LOVED THIS PLACE. Definitely will be going back.

Beautiful home

We came into town to enjoy the river and a concert and were lucky enough to find this home for our stay. We were able to bring our dogs and enjoyed this beautiful home. The neighborhood felt really safe, we took walks/ran every morning. The host was welcoming and we loved the pool and spa! Felt like home, Would definitely stay again!

Memorable Memorial weekend.

The house was perfect! We had a great time. The pool and out door livingroom is where we spent the whole weekend even did alol out cooking outside. Only in the house to sleep on the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The house is perfect and the host is very nice. We would love to stay at this house again.

Great Stay!

We loved our stay at this home. The hot tub was great for the cool evenings. we liked making s’mores at the fire pit. The house had tons of games for the kids. The house is close to several fun places to visit. We loved Oatman ghost town that is only a 20 minute drive and had fun boating on Lake Havasu that’s a little over an hour away. The host was great and easy to get in touch with.

Place was beautiful but had old food in fridge and clothes in drawers… it looked like someone walked out about 30 min before we got there and left things behind. Bbq caught fire because it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile, old used razors in bathroom cabinets, broken fan in living room and it would have helped keep the house cooler. We did reach out to host about the issues and he did answer/respond but had a “that never happened to me attitude” Told us to use it or throw it out but im not there to clean your fridge or items, I have brought my own but thank you. Our check in was never set up so we had to reach out to him to get the info and he blamed Vrbo but at check out he had his cleaners at 10:45/10:50 and check out is 11 and messaged asking us to vacate the property as we were loading up. Didn’t feel like “home away from home” at all. Felt uncomfortable when you have other peoples things to move around and I understand these homes belong to people but I have never had food, clothes, toothbrushes, razors etc left around.

We’re sorry your stay did not meet your expectations. Our property is a privately owned vacation home, and we do keep some basic food staples in the pantry and refrigerator, which many guests appreciate. When you raised concerns about food and personal items, our cleaning team returned the following morning to remove them. Regarding the BBQ, the flare-up occurred while cooking corn on the grill, which can occasionally happen when grilling. The grill itself did not catch fire and had been used without issue the prior weekend. Regardless, we took the concern seriously and had it thoroughly cleaned and checked the following morning. The home is fully air-conditioned with guest-controlled temperature, although we appreciate being made aware of the fan remote needing attention. The check-in information was sent through VRBO prior to your arrival. Regardless of why you were unable to locate it, our priority was simply getting you checked in, and we answered your personal call immediately and provided the information you needed. We also apologize that our cleaners arrived shortly before the 11:00 a.m. checkout. You were entitled to the home until 11:00, and we certainly did not intend for you to feel rushed. We responded promptly to each concern raised during your stay and appreciate the feedback. We take pride in our home and will continue working to provide our guests with an enjoyable stay.

Summer vacation

Great vacation home in a great neighborhood. Very clean with plenty of room for everything. Spent most our time in the backyard swimming and playing in the pool. BBQ / outdoor kitchen area was awesome. Large sectional sofa with plenty of room for all the family to sit and watch outdoor movie together. S’mores over the fire pit made great memories for the kids. This home was A real nice treat for everyone. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you Peter.

Great location with great vibes

We had a family reunion and celebrated a few birthdays. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outside kitchen was great for BBQing and pool time. It's located near the Colorado river, so it's great for after river time relaxion for when the adults are gassed but the kids still want to play. There is shopping in the area making it really convenient to just arrive and then grocery shop. The host was easy to contact and the rental instructions for using the extras are clearly printed in a binder. We really couldn't have asked for more. The kids are already asking to rebook it.

Nice property

The house and property were beautiful, pool and spa were all as advertised although we were not impressed by the interactions with the host; our first interaction was a phone call regarding us having guests to the house which left my fiancé crying when I called him back immediately after he was as cool as can be as if nothing happened, he charged us quite a bit for additional guests ( who were not staying the night) before checkout he requested an additional amount via Venmo for the pool heater being on which we countered with a more reasonable amount and he accepted. I feel as though he was looking to just get as much money out of us as he could. After check out we receive a text saying the trash cans were over flowing (which they were) because the trash cans were full upon our arrival, to my surprise we were not hit with another fine for that. The property was great, Peter was not.

Glad you enjoyed our home. Unfortunately, due to liability and safety reasons we have a very strict rule that only approved guests use the property. This is clearly stated on the rental agreement and liability waiver. Our home was booked for 5 guests and we state specifically the property is not to be used for large parties. I received a call from concerned neighbors that there was 7 vehicles parked at our home, on neighbors property and on the street. After speaking with the guest we came up with a solution and was assured, moving forward they would respect house rules for a safe and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, the guest then accessed pool controls and heated pool for duration of stay, contrary to rental agreement. We had a discussion to address this extra cost and I considered the matter closed. I appreciate any feedback and as evident from past reviews we have had many happy guests. Happy VRBO’ing!!!

The perfect get away !

The pictures you see in the ad are exactly the way it looks. Well stocked and very comfortable. The patio area, pool and hot tub are wonderful . We relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed this property to the max. Owner is friendly and very accommodating if you have any questions.
