The owner was pet friendly, so we were allowed to bring our whole family. Easy location to grocery stores, fast food and river access. Clean. The kids loved having foosball competitions. Thank you for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay.

Good home for large group

Lots of open space for a large group. Kitchen has space and nice appliances. A more complete and organized amount of kitchen items would have made cooking easier.

Upon arrival, it was obvious the cleaning crew had not cleaned the house. However, the host Joel offered to have the cleaning folks over right away. We opted to clean the house ourselves given that our 2 dogs were already agitated after our car drive. We didn't consider this to be a deal breaker. Joel managed to refund the cleaning fee that was included in the total fees. That was gracious on his part.

Great stay!

The home was great. Very spacious! We enjoyed ourselves. We would certainly stay there again. There is a couple of small things that would make it better. The shower head in the master bathroom should be replaced. It shoots water in all directions. To get hot water in the master bathroom sinks, it must run for LONG periods of time. Possibly a circulating pump.

Check on renovations

The only “problem “ we had is that the owner of the unit attached did renovation work 5 times during our stay. I say “problem “ because he was working between the hours of 2 and 5 AM and the noise could be heard . I would say make a note on the information page. It’s entirely possible that the owner of our Vrbo was not aware of renovations next door. Other than that it was a great place to stay!
