Pelican Pass is a 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom home on the canal featuring its own private boat launch/lift and a bonus game room. Enjoy panoramic water views from our spacious deck or from most rooms in the house with fishing right from the on site dock. Each room in the house features brand new smart tvs and high speed wifi. Breathtaking water views are yours to explore with onsite kayaks or take a stroll through the community with our bicycles.

The home was immaculate. The location to everything going on was right on (less than 30 minutes). If your looking to have a good time with the family waveland, aquarium, beach and lots of businesses to choose from all within 30 minutes. The host and hostess were very welcoming and answered all communications in a timely manner. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

Awesome location, right on the water with lovely decks for entertainment. House was perfect for party of five, a little older but well kept. House was right down the road from the beach and restaurants.

The house was pretty nice, the area was very nice as well. Overall, the house was extremely dirty. I think the cleaning crew needs to be replaced. Besides the cleanliness of the house we were happy with it.

We came to fish and relax. The location of this house was excellent! It also has everything we needed to relax indoors or out on the decks and dock. Would stay here again definitely.

This was such an inviting home to stay in. Our hosts were wonderful! You could not ask for better! I have lost both of my parents this year and i needed a reset of my soul. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the pelicans splash around. This was very good for me!

Great Area

My family and friends had an absolute amazing time. It was so wonderful to be able to fish the canal every day all day. Very close amenities and would definitely stay again!

Perfect week

This was our fourth stay at Pelican Pass. The hosts provided all amenities plus many extra nice touches. We love this location as it’s perfect for us since we take our boat and can easily access the bay and gulf. Hope to go back soon.

Great spot on the water!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this great spot on the water! We were looking for a place to relax, fish and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and caught quite a bit of fish off the deck. Would recommend highly!

Quiet, peaceful & relaxing

We loved our stay at Pelican Pass. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! If snowed while we were there so we didn't catch fish like we had hoped. I wish we would have brought a boat as there is a lift. We would definitely stay here again!!

Family vacation

This property was great so much for the kids to do so close they enjoyed riding the bikes kayaking fishing several seating areas outside plenty of room in the house as well my son was able to catch plenty of fish while we were there and the very nice neighbors helped show him what to fish with
