Relaxing Waterfront Getaway with Fenced in Pet Friendly Property

Enjoy a nice getaway in this fully furnished two bedroom/2 bath home on the bayou. The living room has a great view of the bayou and its wildlife and is furnished with all the comforts of home. Relax with a nice cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the screened in porch. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and spices, as well as a large island with plenty of bar stools. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, one full bath in hallway and the other in the bedroom. The yard is large, fenced in with gate across driveway, a dock that is fenced, hammock for relaxing and even a fish cleaning station!

Property is just minutes away from all of the areas best attractions, including the Hollywood Casino/Golf course, Silver Slipper Casino, shopping and nightlife in Bay St. Louis, as well as public fishing piers and marinas, and beautiful beaches.

Public boat launches are within 10 minutes of the property, ie Cedar Point Park (10 min), Washington Pier (10 min), Bay Marina (5 min), Silver Slipper Casino (20 min), Pass Christian Harbor (20 min) to name a few. I have a dock, but not a boat launch.

Bodega's on Main Street has rentals for golf carts, bicycles, surf boards. See photo for phone number.

Suggested restaurants/bars in the area include Cuzs, Blind Tiger, 200 North Beach, Trapanis, Bodegas, Mockingbird Cafe, Buoys, Tripletails and Danbes. In Pass Christian (10 minutes away across the bay st louis bridge) Bacchus and Shaggy's. Live music on the weekends in town.

Beautiful property next to the river.

Our son enjoyed fishing off the dock in the backyard. The neighbor hood was very quiet and peaceful. The house was very comfortable, both couples had their own bed and bath. Very scenic less than 2 miles from the Gulf. Very relaxing, comfortable stay.

The month of February

We had everything that could ever be needed/wanted. The area was very peaceful, and quiet. Good eats nearby, and not difficult to locate, A great, comfortable stay, and we would definitely stay there again.Some instructs on how to operate the entertainment systems would help.

Relaxing get away

This was a perfect property for a relaxing getaway. Kim was a wonderful host that stayed in contact with us. We will definitely stay again.

Peace and tranquility

Great little place to just relax. The screened porch was our hangout. Our little dogs loved watching the cardinals and squirrels play. Peace and quiet but still close to restaurants and stores.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property itself is fantastic and the location is so convenient to everything in Bay St. Louis, but is still quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone traveling to the MS gulf coast.

Great weekend getaway

My family and I had a great time. The lodge was very clean and inviting. We enjoyed fishing off the pier as well. Would easily go back.

Perfect stay

We had a great time even though only a short overnight stay. The kids loved playing outside and exploring the water and the forest like surrounding. The hammock was awesome after the sun went down and the stars came out. The neighborhood was very quiet, we did not see 1 person. The boardwalk in town was a great small town experience. Will definitely be rebooking next time we are in the area.

Love this property

The house and yard are super nice and clean. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with little to no traffic. The backyard porch is pretty with a nice view of the bayou and lots of songbirds entertained us. BSL is a great little city, too. The food and shopping are great. Kim was quick to reply with questions and very accommodating; I wished we could have stayed longer!

We came into town for a wedding, but got more than we thought. The house is cozy, quiet, and just relaxing. We actually felt relaxed and well rested during a very busy, chaotic weekend. It was calming and just what we needed. If we are ever back in this area, we would stay again. Kim is a perfect hostess.

Perfect getaway

This was such a great location, off Hwy 90, in a small, secluded bayou front neighborhood. We loved sitting on the screened in porch, having our coffee, or a glass of wine and watching the plentiful birds and squirrels. Kim, thank you for having birdseed available to replenish the feeder. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfy. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. We loved that this location was an easy drive to Biloxi, Pass Christian and Waveland. There were some great restaurants nearby with reasonable prices. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing weekend

We loved the remote feel of the property. The house was exactly as listed. Super clean house with a nicely stocked kitchen, pots and pans, dishes and various spices. Outdoor area upstairs is screened in which made a huge difference since bugs are usually an annoying problem, but not at this house. The owner is awesome and kept in communication with us regarding check in and also check out. I will definitely rent this property again.

I have been traveling to Bay St Louis for the past few years, and fell in love. The beautiful water, friendly people, and great fishing is what encouraged me to purchase this home. We are within 10 minutes of the town of bsl, restaurants, beaches, and public boat ramps.

Screened in porch on the water with a lot of privacy, dock to fish when the fish are there!, or relax, assortment of birds, within a few minutes to the beaches, public boat launches, fishing, gambling, and the quaint town of Bay St Louis. The seclusion is what attracted me to this property. I hope others enjoy it as much as we do.
