This beautiful two-level apartment is in a classic brownstone, right in the heart of Washington, DC and perfect for families, business travelers, or individuals. Fully equipped with key amenities, it's within walking distance of DC landmarks and public transportation. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.
A Safeway grocery store is located five blocks away, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local cafés nearby. A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street. For destinations beyond walking distance, we recommend using the metro or ride-hailing services such as Uber, Lyft, or taxis.

A family trip to DC was made all the better with our stay in Patrick’s home. Enough space for our 6 adults, great showers, comfortable spaces. The home was exactly as described, clean, and super easy check in. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

It was absolute treat to stay in this lovely apartment! Great location, easy access to D.C, and a beautiful home. One person in our party arrived much earlier than expected and was able to check in a few hours early, which was a blessing. Patrick is the perfect host!

Our host, Patrick, went above and beyond for our stay. This was a wonderful house for a family to stay in to celebrate a college graduation in Washington. Patrick was very available to assist us. He provided a clean, welcoming home, well-located and easy to get to various places in D.C. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you, Patrick!

STAY HERE. We celebrated a milestone birthday with three generations (6 ppl comfortably) and had space to share yet retreat. Walking distance to grocery and great takeout. The private patio made for a great happy hour. Thank you!

Some friends and I rented this place for our March Madness trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Only about 15 minute walk to Capital One Arena, tons of restaurants around, and felt very safe, though you should be prepared for a little noise being on a main road. Host was very communicative, made sure we were good throughout the stay, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable city stay in DC!

With a very convenient location to downtown DC and a clean well stocked unit. We were very pleased with our stsy! Host was extremly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stsy more comfortable. We will book here exclusivly when coming back to DC.
