“Bella Casa” Fabulous 4 bed 4 bath townhome near H St & Union Market

Welcome to La Bella Casa! Our fabulous and recently renovated home in Washington DC. Located a few blocks from H St and a few minutes driving from Union Market, the house is perfect for couples, families with children, or groups of friends who want to explore DC while staying at a beautiful and welcoming home.
Closest metro is NoMa -Gallaudet U New York Ave (about 15-20 min walking from the house and about 5 min driving).

The property has 3 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There are 5 beds in total that can comfortably fit up to 8 guests.

On the main level you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and a half bath.

On the upper level you will find a master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, a queen bedroom and a smaller kids room (with twin bunk beds). The queen bedroom and the kids room share one full bathroom.

On the lower level you will find a kitchenette and living space, a full bedroom and a full bath.

The house can comfortably host up to 8 guests. There is also one sofa bed in the main living room and one sofa bed in the lower level for a max capacity of 10 guests.

House features open floor plan, stunning kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is fully equipped for those keen on cooking.

Coffee, tea, sugar and filtered water are complimentary in the kitchen.

All bedrooms are spacious and have beautiful hardwood floors. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in each bedroom.

Toiletries are available in each bathroom. A bath towel, a hand towel and a washcloth will be provided for each guest.

You will find 3 smart TVs, one in the main living room, one inside the master bedroom, and one in the lower level. Please log in using your Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu etc credentials.

In the lower level you will also find board games for the whole family to relax and enjoy. Dining table is also available on the main level.

1 private parking space available in the back of the property. Street parking is also available in front of the property across the street. Please check the street signs for parking hours.

**STAIRS. Property has 3 levels with stairs so it’s not suitable for people with limited mobility.**

High chair, children dinnerware and pack n play travel crib are available for families traveling with infants or toddlers. We also provide mattress and bedsheets for the pack n play crib so your child can sleep comfortably. Please request the pack n play at least a week before your stay.

Fast speed Wi-Fi available throughout the house.

Great property, thorough communication from host. Had all amenities that travelers would need. Clean and spacious. Easy walk to union market food hall, Trader Joe’s, and excellent Mexican dinner at El Presidente!

Place was perfect! Spent my 28th bday here with 8 friends. It was cleanly and very spacious (3 floors)!!! The bathrooms particularly were great :) i would absolutely stay here again. Check in and out was smooth, hosts were available if needed, and the area was a good distance from everything.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well decorated and a convenient location. There was even a front porch and back deck so some outside space that can be taken advantage of.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and very spacious. It was in a good location and Uber rides were reasonable. We were a group of 6 ladies and felt safe walking in the neighborhood

Wonderful place the kitchen had everything you needed plus the location is close to everything. I have a big truck and couldn’t park in the rear of the home but I always got parking in front on the street never had an issue. I would definitely stay here again house was wonderful.

It's a bit better than average as far as places to stay, but the unit is not in the best area of town and feels worn down. I will say it was pretty clean - and that's a huge plus! But it's 3 stories and the 3rd floor (where the bedrooms are located) was very hot. The host supplied fans; even with them running though, it was uncomfortable. The other two floors were very pleasant temperature-wise. Granted, our visit was in July so it's naturally a warmer month of the year, but just keep that in mind. It was well-stocked and we appreciated that.

Everything about this home was great. Very clean, and rooms were perfect for our group. Despite a tight squeeze most of my party was able to park on the street.

The street parking was difficult during the week due to permit parking and we had two vehicles. The house had some minor issues, garage door was broken and some lights were out. The circuit breaker had to be rest a few time. The house was clean and had all the amenities listed. The host were amazing and were available our entire stay. The home was beautifully designed and worked well for our weekend stay. I would book again!

Family spring break getaway to DC !

Our family had a wonderful time in DC and absolutely loved Claire and Roger’s place! Great location , super clean , cozy feeling and had all the amenities ! We thoroughly enjoyed every second and would recommend their home to our friends and family…… thank you for helping to make our experience so memorable!

Wonderful accommodations & host!

The house is conveniently located near a free trolley that takes you to Union Station for easy access to the city. The property was very clean and comfortable. The host was wonderful, informative and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property and host!

Stay in DC

The home was very comfortable and felt safe for 7 and super clean. The owners communicated throughout the stay and were very helpful. Close to restaurants, shops and Trader Joe’s. If we make it back to DC we will stay there again.
