Perched on the third story in the sought-after Sanctuary at False Cape Condominiums, this little slice of heaven is aptly named, offering the most beautiful sunset views over Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Enjoy three beautiful pools during your stay, including the oceanfront cabana pool, where you can swim up to the bar and order your favorite beverage and relax with a view of the beach. Guests can access a storage unit in the parking garage to easily store beach items.

This lovely condo offers all the conveniences you'd want for your family beach vacation, including a main suite with an en suite bath, ample closet space, and a large TV. Enjoy family time in the living area, open to the kitchen, and offering a large TV and high-end, comfortable furniture to unwind and relax. The spacious kitchen has glowing granite countertops and top-of-line stainless steel appliances. Equipped with all the cookware, serving dishes, and utensils you'll need, you can enjoy cooking up some of your favorite foods. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk across the street to The Baja. A fixture in Sandbridge for nearly 30 years, you'll love the food and occasional live entertainment, with a gorgeous view of the bay. After a long day at the beach or catching some fish off the Sandbridge Island Fishing Pier, just next door, grab your favorite drink and sit back and relax on the private balcony and watch the amazing colors in the sky! Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
