The location of this property is phenomenal! It's a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. We also loved the Back Bay Refuge. The property is quiet and comfortable. Check in is a breeze. Would definitely stay again.

Roomy living room area. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds comfortable and everything clean. We would definitely recommend and visit again

Wonderful experience! The property was convenient to the beach, clean and had all the needed amenities! Would definitely visit there again!

Close to the beach and spacious room. Very clean. In-unit laundry was nice and parking was very convenient.

We've stayed here twice! Easy access to the beach, uncrowded pool, lovely quiet area. Easy drive to Virginia Beach for the aquarium, minigolf, etc. FYI bring your own coffee and toilet paper. :)

Great stay. We did have to contact realty company about the WiFi but they were there in 20 minutes or less to fix it.

Great floor plan. 2 balconies. Very clean and plenty of towels. Very nice to have washer and dryer. Kitchen had everything you’d need!Very close to beach. 2 minute walk

Great place. The living space is very large.

We had a great few days. The condo was perfect for our purpose. I liked the kitchen - tons of light - plenty of space.

Beach stay

The location was perfect for my needs. I needed to be close to my business and gave a safe comfortable place for my 92 year old mother to stay. Only drawbacks no elevator and no walk in shower. The first I knew. The second wasn’t sure. I booked a different place with both for May. Thank you.

Check-in was simply a pick up of the keys and packet at the office, which was left on the porch for us. The kitchen was well appointed and worked well for breakfast and late night snacks. We did not use the stove, just the microwave and toaster. Beds were a little hard and the pillows had seen better days. My daughter was frightened by the ceiling fan in the second bedroom that only had high speed and was unbalanced producing a significant wobble. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would return in future years.

The property management company contacted us a couple days prior to ensure we received the welcome email. We were arriving late and it was a nice confirmation that entering the property would be seamless, which it was. The condo was clean, spacious and well laid out, meaning bedrooms were tucked behind the main kitxhen/family room main area,So plenty of privacy and quiet space. The beach is one block from condo, so an easy walk to beach with chairs. Beach is beautiful and not crowded as it appears the only people visiting also own or rent. I did not see a big public parking lot. The condominium was barely filled as we were off season ,So it was an extra special treat. The parking lot is spacious, allowing for one additional guest. The pool area is a bit small/dated but a nice option if you’re not beach people or if you have small kids. The location is about 10 minutes from a main grocery store, gas station, restaurants. The only places that are near property are mom and pop type places, which adds to the charm. We were here for a college graduation and if you want a quieter venue compared to the main Virginia Beach, this place is a great option.

Mostly positive stay

Location was great, and condo was definitely suitable. Only complaint, and it might sound trivial, but the dryer never worked during our stay. We really banked on being able to do laundry during the trip so it really threw a wrench in our plans. We contacted the property manager the very first day. At first there was response but a maintenance tech never came out to fix it during our 5 day stay. No attempt to “make it right” during/after the stay either.

Stuff to change

The circle chair in the living room is very uncomfortable; ditch it. You should buy two occasional chairs and a small table for that side of the room. Four adults should not be forced into sitting side by side on the couch, especially while watching t.v. The d.r. table needs an overhead light. And it would be nice to have a game table. The baseboards need a cleaning. Also, a wall clock in the main living area would help. Beds are comfortable; kitchen well supplied. Most dissapointing is that the property rents from Monday to Sunday. We felt gypped out of that extra day.

Very satisfied with our stay. Plenty of room, clean, pool access and very close to the beach! Family friendly. On call maintenance was very pleasant when called out on a Sunday to assist with an AC issue. Overall, the stay was great, would recommend for other families!
