A perfect place for our home base in Sister Bay for extended family! Hosts are wonderful, home is clean organized and also wonderful! The hot tub and fire pit were so enjoyable as was the location. Walking distance to everything! People are friendly and happy in Door County and Sister Bay is a beautiful town!

Loved the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated all the extra supplies that were there. Great location. Wished there were dressers to put your clothes in.

This home was absolutely lovely! It was so clean we barely wanted to bring our suitcases in, it was so perfect. It had everything we needed for a girls weekend. It was in the perfect location, walking distance to all things Sister Bay was so awesome. I hope to plan another trip in the future with my fiance and would love to stay here again.

We have a big group and while ideally another bathroom would be great, we make it work just fine. I have kids 20 so proximity to restaurants and bars is perfect. Short walk to beach. The kids also loved the hot tub and fire pit, making s'mores and telling stories all night! We appreciate the additional big cooler and beach chairs to supplement what we bring for our large group.Hosts are very responsive while we were there, which is always a good thing. It's comfortable and we love coming back every year!

Host was amazing to work with! Communications great! Location is fantastic. Walk to everything! House itself fit our family good. We had 9 adults and 3 kids under age 3. Beds/pillows were comfy and that’s big plus for us:). Well equipped for beach day. I was somewhat disappointed in pictures on VRBO. The house has been definitely lived in. Walking through house barefoot, feet dirty. Very little lighting in house. Kitchen sink leaks. Pretty good size cracks in kitchen ceiling. Outside deck is big was nice for size family we have but needs good cleaning. Yard needs good trimming all away around yard. My biggest complaint is…pictures on VRBO are misleading. You are definitely paying for location. Feel price is on higher end and house doesn’t justify cost. Over all, house worked and we enjoyed our week in Sister Bay.

Great walkable spot and comfortable house

Great house to walk to everything in SB. Just know it’s loud being behind Husbys and daily wake up by garbage and food service delivery trucks.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful trip! We've been coming to Sister Bay for almost 20 years and when Little Sister resort closed, we had to find new location. We love this house and location! Everything was clean and even though it would have been ideal to have another bathroom, we made it work. We had 10 people and 8 were ages 18-24. We could walk to beach, all the restaurants and being next door to Husby's for nightly live music was perfect! The main living room had plenty of room to hang out and play games and we appreciated the new and huge washer/dryers as we did several loads of towels during the week.

Great location in downtown Sister Bay. Right in the heart of the town. If you like secluded lakeside property then this may not be for you. But if you don't want to drive in order to be close to amenities then this is your spot. Carrie and Josh were gracious hosts. They had bottled water in the fridge upon arrival. They prepared a comprehensive Door County visitor guide also which was very helpful in identifying a lot of top tier places to visit. Lots of little touches like that made for a good stay. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was a great space to eat and hang out at the kitchen table. The unit did not lack anything and even had a fun sit down arcade containing dozens of classic video game titles like PACMAN or Galaga. There were a couple of nights where the band could be heard from neighboring bars but the ability to get a Guinness on draft within 60 seconds is a fair trade off I say.

Great Stay, Great Location, Great Property!

The location of this Sister Bay home is unbeatable!!! It was all we had hoped for and then some! House had more than enough room and what a bonus to be able to bring along our dog too! Could not say enough about this place... very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The deck was such a treat as well. HIGHLY recommended for anyone that wants a perfect stay in Door County!

Sister Bay Cottage! 💗

The house was lovely! A great remodel! There was plenty of room for our family, and we particularly enjoyed the patio and backyard! Carrie was a great host! I would highly recommend this rental!

Great Location

We came down for a week family vacation. The proximity to the beach and all Sister Bay has to offer is exceptional and all within walking distance. Only issue was parking but we were able to manage this quite easily.
