Harbor House located in the heart of Ephraim!

Welcome to Harbor House, located in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find our restored 5-bedroom house, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

The Harbor House has a large screened-in front porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with a queen mattress), one bedroom with three twin beds (bunk beds and a separate twin bed), one bedroom with a set of twin beds & one lofted twin bed (above the laundry area).

For your convenience, all beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

Harbor House features a 32" flat screen SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi. We provide a Weber charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as 4 kayaks for our guests to use. For those traveling with small children, a pack-and-play crib and highchair are available.

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and our 2-bedroom Harbor House Guest Cottage located toward the back of our property (listing number 982888).

We are conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Lovely location & relaxing stay

We enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores. Lots of beds to use if needed and it was nice to relax on the porch.

Perfect location

Wonderful home base to explore all of Door Co. Vrbo had everything needed for comfort and relaxation. Close to beach and other amenities. Highly recommend this location and/or Ephraim.

Great house and great location.

My family and a few of my kids friends spent the week at Harbor house. Plenty of room for everybody. Close walk to the beach and downtown Ephraim. Would definitely stay again.

Fall Festival Fun!

Our group of 6 comfortably stayed for Sister Bay’s Fall Festival. It was the perfect location! The large dining table was ideal for our group and the fire pit was a welcome retreat after a long day at the festival! This was our 2nd time renting The Harbor House and we will do it again!

Great place to stay!

Our family rented both homes on the property. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, both inside and outside. The area was so incredibly quiet and yet so close to everything. Would highy recommend this rental. We will be back!

Ladies Trip

My niece turned 50 this year so 10 of us celebrated with a ladies weekend. The house worked great for us. The location was perfect for us, centrally located for all we wanted to do.

Wonderful Place

Home was very clean and comfortable. Host was easily accessible and answered all questions patiently. Lovely decor! Parking made easy unloading of luggage. Would definitely book again.

Wonderful

The property is beautiful and in prime location for Ephraim. Just a short walk to the lake public beach, shops and Good Eggs (breakfast burrito shop on the corner). Neighbors were wonderful and there was plenty of parking. If we return in the future will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

Lovely place!

We loved our stay here! - We spent a lot of time in the front porch and evenings around the fire pit. Location is perfect and it was just so peaceful. Pictures and descriptions are very accurate 🙂. We hope to be back!

Excellent location and loved the house!

House was very clean and gave you the feeling of being home. Cozy set up and so much room! Location was perfect!!! If you are going to be visiting different places in door county this is the location to be. Owners have ensured all your basics are covered and more! Charming Harbor House

Wonderful, charming home, with fantastic screened in porch. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen (cooking and serving, utensils, glasses and plates), great location, and fantastic hosts. Randy was available and communicated with us easily and was accommodating. Would definitely stay again. If you choose this property, you won't be disappointed!

Great location for girls weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Harbor House for our girls weekend to Door County. The house was adorable and meet our needs perfectly. The location is great to travel to various wineries, breweries and take it the amazing views. It was great to have our own space to come back to at the end of the night. Communication was great and the property is exactly as described!

Fantastic Spot for a Girls Weekend Away

Wonderful property we enjoyed over a weekend for my bachelorette party. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch together. It was great everyone could have their own bed, and the house itself is full of charm. Location was perfect - walking distance to downtown but off the main road for quiet nights of good sleep. Thank you!

Cozy Door County house

House was comfortable with a very nice porch. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Nice firepit area for a group to enjoy (we didn't have the time to use it). The walk to the lake was only about a block away. The owners contacted us to check that all was ok when we checked in and again to ask if we had any check out questions. Highly recommend this rental.

Beautifully decorated, peaceful

Charming older home is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay with a fully stocked kitchen. Host even called the morning after we arrived to see if we needed anything. Loved the screen porch and the gazebo. We'd highly recommend taking the available kayaks out on Ephraim bay.

Great HQ for Door County Half Marathon

We came up for a long weekend to run the Door County Half Marathon and enjoy the area. The house was very close to the race site and great for our two families with young children - the bunk bed room, swing, and gazebo in particular were hits with the kiddos. Very well-stocked kitchen and attentive host. Thank you for a lovely visit!

Charming Ephraim vacation house

Harbor House is the perfect Ephraim getaway! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, it provides everything we needed for a family reunion. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and the dining table is huge for family gatherings. A highlight of our stay was gathering around the firepit on a chilly night watching the stars come out. The owners, Randy and Elizabeth, were so kind and welcoming. If we could give Harbor House SIX stars we would!!

Fall Couples Weekend

This was a quaint cottage that met our needs! The home was well appointed with everything from towels, linens, coffee maker, and more! The outdoor fire pit with adirondack chairs was a highlight along with the cozy screened in porch for our nightly drinks and appetizers. The pictures captured the property and were accurate. Great location close to the water and shops, cafes etc.

Door County Girlfriend Adventure

My friends and I had a wonderful time in Door County… enhanced by staying at the Harbor House…so centrally located on the peninsula and a very quiet and peaceful place just off the main road! Very clean and homey!! Enjoyed the time we were at the house…usually in the evening due to the time of year!! Recommend this location for families or a girlfriend adventure!!
