Cleanliness is a top priority, and I regret that the sheets were an issue, even after our team responded quickly to replace them. We’ve addressed this with our cleaning crew and will be implementing stricter quality checks moving forward. I also appreciate your notes on the mattresses, bathroom size, and the lack of dressers and TVs in some rooms. These are helpful insights, and we’ll begin making upgrades where possible to better support longer stays. We’ve also scheduled maintenance to inspect the microwave, plumbing noises, and internet reliability. While I’m glad you found the home lovely overall, I understand how these issues affected your stay, especially over a full week. These aren’t experiences we want any guest to have.
