House was clean and a good location. Our only 2 concerns were that there were only 4 chairs at the dinner table and the swimming pool did not have enough seats to accommodate at least 12 people. It was 2 chairs and a lounge chair that could be shared. Maybe provide enough seating for the amount of people that the house can accommodate.

It is clear to me that this listing used staged possibly (A.i.) generated photos, and there is a stark difference between the photos shown versus the reality. This house is extremely in need of an update/renovation. The house has a strong odor of moth balls. Every room in this house along with the backyard needs to be gutted and redone. The only plus of this house is the front lawn area. The drive way, has a deep dip, where if you're not careful it will tear up the bottom of your vehicle. There is a lot more I can mention regarding this house, but I am going to refrain as I'm not attacking the owner and do not want it to appear that way. This home is not it, unless you're use to squalor living conditions. Due to several concerns, I did not stay past an hour in the house and I had to locate another property while in town.

5 day stay

My group and I stayed here while in town for a bodybuilding competition and this property worked well for us. Plenty of room, had a pool for the teen age girls, close to a lot of stores and food. No issues and easy check in. Property management checked in via app to make sure everything was going well.

Cozy Home

The home is set up very nicely and cozy. Pool looked great but couldn't use it because the weather wasn't warm enough and the pool is not heated. Overall, we had a great stay and the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

I hate doing this but. When we arrived there was a guy in the house fixing a tv kinda weird after we were told we could check in. There was trash on the floor in a couple of the rooms. Spiders in one room little babies and a big one. Broken floor tiles in the game room. The deck outside needs redone stepped on nails heads sticking of the deck and got slivers in my feet.

Hi Colby, thank you for your feedback. As soon as you mentioned the trash, we were able to have someone at the house to take care of it within 15 minutes. we are proud of how fast our team can respond to guest needs. Regarding the TV repair, we were simply trying to ensure everything was working for your stay, but we’ll make sure maintenance is finished well before check-in next time. I also want to reassure you and our future guests that the deck has been fully repaired and the nails are all taken care of. We hope you had a good rest of your trip!
