Perfect stay for our family. Home was cozy, comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend for families. Great location as well, close to what we were traveling to the area for.

Cabinet was nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of spider webs around the outside, could not enjoy the porch, hot tub or fire pit. Upstairs does not have AC only portable units. There were also bugs upstairs. Upstairs tub shower is in front of a large clear glass window. No window coverings for privacy when showering.

Very nice cabin. Relaxing and quiet, secluded! Everything was as mentioned in the add. When we come back to Cleveland area we will try to biok this cabin again.

Great Girls Weekend

We stayed at this cabin for a fun, relaxing girls weekend. It was a great location and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Great place to stay!

Great place to spend my husband‘s 80th birthday. Used the fire pit a few times love to watch the deer, and the weather was perfect. The oversized king was amazing very comfortable and cozy. Great three days, thank you.

Oasis in the woods

Peaceful, serene and relaxing just what we needed.Close enough to enjoy multiple towns, or just grab necessities and not leave your whole trip!

We enjoyed celebrating my birthday here in this wonderful cabin. The outdoor space is very nice and we were able to enjoy a bonfire one night. The hot tub was a great way to relax. The large shower was nice but it would be even better if there were 2 shower heads. The host was quick to answer any questions we had and respond to things we pointed out. She offered to have them corrected but we weren't staying long enough that they needed to be dealt with right away. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and I was surprised to find a few supplies in there that I had brought from home in case I needed them. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the ability to just get away to relax.

Great place

House was perfect and easily accessible. The linens were very nice and soft, and many extras were included (coffee, creamer, plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags). Will stay here again!

Nice secluded getaway

Property is exactly as listed. Nice and secluded cabin with everything you need for a getaway that is still close enough to everything! Would recommend to anyone.

Our Getaway

The property is great. The location is very relaxing, very quiet. The cabin is great, not a single complaint. Woke up to a deer family grazing in the yard. The host was absolutely wonderful

We had a few problems to begin with, but everything was made right to my satisfaction. Very nice cabin out in the woods and also very nice and gracious host. I would love to come here again one day

Lovely cabin in the woods

We only needed one night and this was a perfect escape for our visit to Anna ruby falls and the Cabbage Patch hospital. Everything was very well appointed and cozy. My kids loved the arcade game and chess boards. Beds were comfortable! The grill and hot tub made for a great, relaxing family evening.

Great anniversary getaway

We loved the feel of the place. It had everything you needed. Quiet, great bed to sleep in, the tub upstairs was my favorite. Waking up and seeing the deer was another added bonus. We wanted to stay longer but it was already booked. We will be back. It’s marked as one of our favorites.

We had an amazing time, very clean, easy to find.

The owner was welcoming, attentive, quick to respond and communicate. When staying in a cabin, there’s always a concern of easy access, how are the roads (I’ve had issues with Durango at the time struggling on the gravel road), and this time it was perfect! Plenty of parking space, cozy, my 12yr old LOVED it. It was perfect! *extra points for near by food options like zaxbys, chikfila, McDonald’s,Wendy’s, and so much more, especially considering we had a lucky tween with us. ,

Beautiful Property

The property is beautiful and spacious. The king size bed is enormous and both bathrooms are very nice. The owner Michelle was wonderful. We had some issues that she dealt with so kindly and generously. She was easy to get a hold of and quick to make things right. Check out the adorable nearby town of Helen and Cornelia. The property is perfectly situated to check out all the nearby towns.

It is a cabin in the woods

The map was misleading. The property was at the end of what should be called a logging road. Once we got there, the cabin was very clean and inviting. It contained everything we needed for a fun stay.

Thanks so much for staying Bonnie! The road is a gravel road, but very easy to access for all kinds of vehicles, we have never had a guest mention the road. So sorry your GPS device lost battery and you were surprised by the gravel, but I was happy to guide you via phone the moment you needed it. We are so happy you found the cabin clean and inviting. Thank you for this review, Robert. We have since upgraded and renovated the cabin tremendously. All bathrooms have been renovated and feel spa-like, new furniture inside and out, fresh paint, new granite counters, new kitchen sink. Additionally we have added a Florida King bed, which is the largest bed in any vacation rental in the country-- taking the guest experience from "fine" to "that was awesome!" Come back again Robert and see what we have done to the place.

Waste of a Vacation

The house was cute and clean, but! The owner contacted us an hour before our check-in time to tell us there was a delay to get into the house. We waited two hours before being able to get in the house, messing up our plans for the night. Then the amenities offered were nonfunctional. The arcade game wouldn't turn on as if it didn't have power. The hot tub didn't work either, The instructions said if there's an error message to flip the breaker and wait 15 minutes to reset, but it didn't turn on to start. Flipping a breaker near water doesn't seem safe and troubleshooting is not how I want to spend my vacation time. The microwave didn't turn on either, even though it was plugged in. The owner offered a full refund, but only gave us a partial refund. Waste of a vacation.

Hi Rena! Hope you are well. I am so sorry VRBO did not refund you completely. I lost money on your 1 night stay, and VRBO did not refund their portion. My cleaners (who are no longer on our team) unfortunately had an emergency and were late to clean it. If you would have contacted us as soon as you had any issue with the breaker, we could have resolved it immediately that evening. Our team is ready to help! But you didn't tell us until you were checked out and requested a refund, which I did. The arcade works great, after my very diligent communication, we discovered her group couldn't find the power switch. I am a dedicated host, and went back and forth with Rena as much as she needed before and after her stay. I am shocked she left this review - 4 months after the fact. I would host Rena again because I am very confident in my cabin and it's impeccable maintenance, and quick service. You're welcome to stay again anytime.
