Falling Waters - 150' Waterfall right behind the house!

Hi Tricia, I'm sorry you weren't pleased with your stay, Im not sure why you didn't have TV the whole time during your stay, I remember your call on Saturday morning and we had the caretaker come out and reset the modem in less then an hour, unfortunately we can't guarantee the utilities at the properties as is stated on our Web Sites for each property, but I know we were able to get the internet back working. You are correct the place is beautiful and the waterfall in the back is beautiful and serene. I hope you will give us another chance maybe at another property David

As for “Spider Vamp,” we’ll continue to keep an eye out, though unfortunately a few critters can appear in wooded areas. Thank you so much for taking the time to do a nice review for Falling Waters. I apologize about the tub in the master, it has been out for several months and we do note that in our description and details so as it's not misleading. It's just hard to get photo's without the tub. It is being replaced, but during the winter months as it will be quite the process to remove and install a new one upstairs. We realize that it should never be necessary to contact us for cleaning issues, but anytime you stay with us, never hesitate to contact our office immediately when something has not been taken care of as it should have been. Our cleaners will be back out to address any situation they fell short on. Thank you again, and maybe if you get a chance to return to Falling Waters, the new tub will be all set and you'll be able to enjoy it.

Everything inside was good. Had an issue several times with the internet and having to restart it daily. Was a little disappointed that the hot tub was gone and the wood walkway was no longer there to the waterfall. The stove one of the burners did not work. The glass doors had trouble opening. With this being said we really enjoyed the waterfall and being able to sit on porch to hear waterfall. The hosts were very prompt when I messaged about the internet and glass door. Will definitely stay again bc this is one of my favorite places to stay due to the waterfall.
