Long-term OK

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed about 3 months in this unit. It was comfy. I could tell it was set up for shortterm stays, as the decor consumed most of the space. I made some adjustments and it worked OK. The staff was outstanding! Quick responses to any questions or needs.

Clean, cozy and enjoyable! I really debated on a 4 or 5 star, and settled on 4 because while it was great, there are a couple of things that would have made it a solid 5 but it was for sure a lovely 4 and we’ve already talked about going back. I would stay again and suggest to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. Studio was nicely furnished, though it would have been nice to have a dresser or a place to hang clothing, for longer stays. Also, listing stated no pets allowed but unit had significant amount of dog/cat(?) hair. There were two vacuum cleaners in the laundry area which helped. Mentioned this for people with allergies.

Hello Michael, Thank you for your recent review. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the stay in the studio and found it to be nicely furnished. I appreciate you feedback about adding a dresser to store clothes for guests who stay for longer periods, we will keep that in mind for the next upgrades! Thank you for mentioning that you noticed some pet hair; although that is certainly not up to VRC standards, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. By law, we have to permit service animals; currently the property is undergoing a deep clean and we have addressed the pet hair. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we are honored to call you our guests. We look forward to hosting you in the future for a perfect stay. Warm regards, -Holly
