Great place — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Excellent location and the owner communicated quickly and helpfully throughout. Would stay again and highly recommend!

It is not a tree house, but definitely Bohemian in style which we both loved. Quite neighborhood, nice yard and patio for outdoor space. Impeccably clean and maintained. Owner lives on property so is very approachable and easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend it for a couple or two.

Very clean, host was responsive, generally a bargain for the money. We could not get the TV’s to work, and the host’s two dogs were an issue with our dog. The location was not terrific, a storage facility behind the limited parking area. Basically, it was as advertised. It was well equipped, and checkout was easy.

Best value for money in Durango, a really cozy property with comfortable beds, a very pleasant yard, and a well-prepared kitchen that's within 1.5mi of a few bars and restaurants

Great lil place. Was super close to Main Street where they had so many food places and about 30 minutes away from Purgatory ski resort. WiFi wasn’t the best but other than that everything was great. Host also replied quickly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy & comfy and close to town!

Fenced yard was perfect for my dog. Close by to the college, it was family weekend at Fort Lewis. Will definitely stay there again.

Great stay convenient to town

It was well situated, quiet and had all the kitchen equipment we needed. The flowers and furniture in the outdoor space are very welcoming.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean and had a beautiful shared patio/yard. The check in process was easy and Tim was a great host.

Lovely property to spend time in Durango traveling with our dog. The yard is fully fenced and made us feel safe letting her sniff around the space without getting out. The casa was very comfortable and well appointed. It’s in the middle of town, close to just about everything. Will definitely want to stay here again next time we’re in Southwestern Colorado.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Loved the fenced yard. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a great place to stay while in Durango visiting our kids.
