Single family house with large fenced yard; dog friendly. Easy half mile walk to downtown (McCulloch Blvd.), three-quarters mile to Rotary Park, and one mile to London Bridge. Off street boat parking.
The living room carpet has recently been updated with vinyl flooring. The bonus room (3rd bedroom, but actually just a small bonus room with a double/twin bunk bed) now has its own air conditioning unit

Close to the action

Very clean and close to the London Bridge area. Very large home, very large backyard, plenty of parking. It was an absolute pleasure and I will stay again the next time I am in town.

Great family home

We have a family of 6 with kids from 8-12 and a dog. This home was perfect and so clean! It had everything we needed and had a huge backyard for the dog. Super close to the lake! We would definitely come and stay again!

Great home away from home

Home is comfortable and definitely dog and kid friendly. Close to near by food and local tourist spots. Felt like a very comfortable neighborhood.

Great Location

Nice location on a quiet cul de sac, driveway was plenty long to fit a boat and truck comfotably. Felt like a deep suburb neighborhood, but you're just a few blocks away from some of the best bars downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location

This house is close to everything! Plenty of parking for our vehicle and boat trailer. We like to eat out on vacation, so we didn't use the kitchen, but it was very nice. Crazy as it sounds, but I thought the light dimmer switch in the bathroom was a great idea. Leave it on low level at night and easy navigation in the dark. Tried to rebook for December, but it is already spoken for.

A few issues

Beds were very uncomfortable. The “3rd bedroom” was a partitioned off part of the garage that never cooled down. Had to sleep in the living room. Kitchen sink started leaking Saturday night, I had to call management company several times before she called back House was clean and had everything you might need to cook. There was food left in the fridge, which we left there as well.

Ok place in Havasu

Smelled like sewer when we walked in. Found out smell was coming from garbage disposal which I was able to close off. 3rd bedroom seems like part of garage and :shares" A/C with rest of house and never gets cool. Carpet dirty, probably due to pets. Furniture in master old and chipped. Ok lake house...Other than those items, house was fine.

Very comfortable home

Home was very equipped had everything you need and help is just a call away. Very close to the river and stores/food. I would recommend this place.

Very nice

The overall property was enjoyable. The 3rd bedroom was unusable due to the heat though. Attached to the garage it did not cool off to allow anyone to use it as the living room ended up being the alternative for sleeping. Great price and location

1st time at lake havasu

The home is very beautiful. Close to all the store you could need. Which leaves you open to many choices. Straight shot to the beach. Wonderful vacation with the family.

Nice place to stay

Friends' 1st time to Havasu. The home was very comfortable and therefor the trip was enjoyed. The outdoir area could have been cleaner but overall, nice place to stay.

Amazing property to rent!

This place was a perfect fit! It was walking distance of the London Bridge and a cute stretch of stores and eating places. It had all the amenities and more. We loved our stay here!

Perfect for a week long boat trip!!

Several key features 1) long driveway for my truck & trailer 2) super close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants 3) 1 mile from London Bridge 4) Close to Site 6 municipal boat launch 5) House had excellent amenities 3 bedrooms 2 bath with fully stocked kitchen. Will be recommending this to my fishing buddies!!!
