Our Stay

Property was clean and easy to find, great location. The only issue we ran into was the neighbors had loud parties every night we stayed but one. Thank you and if we are in the area and in need of a place to stay we will look you up.

This is are first time we gone to Lake Havasu. We stayed three weeks . Next year we plan to do the whole month The house location was great the house was clean.

Very clean

We stayed here for a week and it was very clean and the owner is very accommodating. Only issue was the WiFi dropping but that was not a big deal at all. Thanks for having us!

An amazing find

This home is very well centered in the City. Close to grocery stores, the London Bridge eating places etc. the home it self is very clean and has a very inviting atmosphere, makes you feel very relaxed. Kitchen is great has what you need. We are looking forward to staying here on future get aways to Lake Havasu

Spring break

We stayed here for spring break. It was myself and 6 of my girlfriends. Unfortunately I got the bed that was on the floor which I really didn’t expect. We didn’t have pillows provided for it and had to take extra blankets off of other beds. The neighborhood and location was fantastic and we had a ton of fun. Very affordable, however you’re getting what you pay for.

Good location. Quiet neighborhood.

The house was fine but needs some updates. No chest of drawers in bedrooms. Nice closet space but lacked reachable shelving. Water dispenser on refrigerator did not work. We were there for six weeks and Nick did respond very quickly to a couple of issues and he was quick to respond to correspondence. Loved the very private backyard but needs some sprucing up. Overall it was adequate and probably best for short terms stays.

Our stay

Host was very responsive to any issue we had which was minor. House is dated and could definitely use a flooring upgrade. Everything in the kitchen worked but lacked a few essentials like mixing bowls, colander, ect. There were no steak knives which was a little inconvenient ended up buying our own. Master bedroom is comfortable, but the ensuite shower lacks hot water, the second shower was just fine. The house rules states no parties or loud music. The neighbors music was very loud some nights until 2 am. We did not say anything to the host regarding this as it’s beyond his control. We were overall pleased with the property for the price and the location was perfect and a safe neighborhood

Thanks for the feedback, John! We actually have the flooring being replaced with LVP on Feb 7th & 8th and will address the kitchen essentials and shower valve also. Sorry to hear the neighbors were loud, the neighborhood is typically quiet. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! Nick

Excellent home

This house was a wonderful stay, it was so clean, Nick the owner was excellent for he always answered my question. the house was beautiful near the lake, stores, I highly recommended it, my family and I will surely be back!

We love this neighborhood because it's close to everything, downtown bars, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, London Bridge, Rotary Park and has a pedestrian/bike path just behind the house and a beautiful rock garden (Unity Garden) that was created and is maintained by a local legend (John).
