Relax in this modern bohemian-designed house conveniently situated in FORT LAUDERDALE. Only 2 minutes away from WILTON MANORS, 10 minutes from the best beaches and Downtown LAS OLAS BLVD with a diversity of fine restaurants and nightlife. 2 bedrooms with GARDEN VIEWS, each appointed with comfortable QUEEN SIZE BEDS, 1 full modern bath, a fully stocked kitchen. A gorgeous TROPICAL SECLUDED BACKYARD with shaded seating areas, outdoor dining space and lushly landscaped gardens. 5 PARKING SPOTS.

The PRIVATE outdoor BACKYARD is an ALL-FENCED PATIO (6 feet) surrounded by palms, some trees, and clusia plants. There is a BARBECUE GRILL and 2 tables that sit 8 people to EAT AL FRESCO.

Other amenities include a WASHER and a DRYER for your convenience. CABLE and WIFI included. Professional housekeepers do a full-service cleaning of the home before a new guest arrives. This includes making the bed with fresh linens and providing new bathroom amenities. In some instances, mid-stay housekeeping is available for an extra fee and can be purchased during home booking or requested during your stay through the contact details that were provided to you over email or during check-in.

Cozy beautiful retreat

We travelled to Fort Lauderdale for a week of relaxation. La casita was the perfect place to be home away from home. The place was impeccable and equipped with everything that you need. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks in the backyard. The house is at a nice distance from las Olas beach. While the neighborhood is not a ten, it’s quiet and with a lot of beautiful peacocks around! Overall, we had a great stay and plan to stay at LA Casita again.

Sweet Escape

Francisco is a thoughtful host and offered a beautiful home with fresh flowers for our holiday. The house was perfect for our family of four (9/6y/o), and the backyard was gorgeous and serene. Francisco has all the conveniences you might need to enjoy the breathtaking backyard, like citronella candles and even mosquito spray. Peacocks roamed the neighborhood, which was a welcomed surprise for the kids. As soon as you leave the car, it feels like you have entered your oasis among so many gorgeous plants inside and out. We always felt safe and were a short car ride or Uber delivery from delicious food, shopping, and the beaches. Some things I would've wanted to be different? Having enough beach towels for the number of guests would be nice. There were only three beach towels for our family of four. This was a minor inconvenience for us, so we made do. I also had trouble getting a good night's rest in the master bed; it was weirdly uncomfortable in certain sleeping positions, but my husband seemed less affected. We did not engage our host in any inconvenience because we are pretty low maintenance, and maybe I'm just aging less gracefully than my husband, lol. It's not a big deal to us when the good far exceeds the bad; that was the case with this stay. Overall, this lovely casita was perfect for us; 10/10 would recommend it.

Lovely Casita

Francisco was an amazing host and was easy to communicate with. The casita was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Backyard is smaller than I expected and difficult to sunbathe as there is lots of shade. I also wish there was a vanity of some kind to put makeup and hair styling tools. Suggest they convert the computer desk (can’t imagine this gets used) into a little vanity area with a mirror. Also suggest beach equipment gets a big upgrade. Chairs did not recline and were first gen back pack chairs. Upgrade to fully reclinable Tommy Bahama chairs; and get a lighter weight cooler, as the one provided is impossible for 2 people to manage dragging through the sand. Same with the bulky, heavy beach umbrella. Neighborhood was “ok”…not the best but not the worst. Lots of lovely peacocks roaming around though.

The house is great and well stocked. There are some dodgy houses nearby but we encountered no issues. Very impressed with how quiet the neighborhood was. Also the house is located very close to Ft. Lauderdale points of interest. The communication from the host was outstanding. Absolutely no issues whatsoever.

Host was great. Effective, attentive while providing the privacy guests expect. La Casita was clean and full of amenities. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere to escape to after busy days. Close to city and easy access to restaurants and entertainment. Planning to return! Thank you Francisco!

Birthday weekend

The house was perfect for my birthday getaway. We enjoyed this beautiful cozy house,….Fransico was very accommodating, what ever we needed he was quick to respond, the house had everything that you would need. The only thing we had to supply was the food to cook with, the landscaping is beautiful and peaceful. I loved the Bar area, my favorite place was to sit there at night and look out at the beautiful landscape and drink a glass of wine. I am diffidently staying here again. The accommodations even comes with chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach. I would suggest citronella candles for the backyard. Mosquitoes ate me up and Deepwood off. The mosquitoes won’t keep me away I will be back.

Francisco is the best at what he does you will find anything you want in the house clean smell nice if you want to go to the beach you’ll find chairs cooler communication was great if you need a place where if something happened the host will respond within minutes but book with Francisco The backyard is so nice I love the fact that every day someone came to clean the pool you won’t even notice someone was there the only way you’ll know is with the cleanness We enjoyed our stay it was our first time in FLL nice and quiet neighborhood we will definitely stay again next time we visit The only thing is the microwave it’s to high lol I am 5,1 can’t reach it it’s not every time you want to bother someone to help you use it We couldn’t find any earlier flight Francisco allowed us to do a late check out we really appreciate that Thank you!

Perfect home.

I can't recommend this house enough. It's decorated so stylishly that it feels like a boutique hotel. Everything in the house is modern and new-the kitchen and bathroom and the massive backyard was great for our dogs and lovely to relax in. The house is close to all the good restaurants and not far from the beach. Best of all Francisco is incredibly kind, attentive and quick to resond to any needs.

Family vacation

Francisco was an amazing host. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you might need. The location was great too, close to everything. We were traveling with our dog and he was very happy running around the fenced in back yard. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great stay

The house is well appointed. The enclosed backyard is beautifully lit and we enjoyed quite a few evenings there. Close to Wilton Manors and the beaches. Francisco was very courteous and responsive throughout!

Fantastic Property

We had a fantastic stay at this property over Christmas. The house had everything you needed from beach gear to a music systems and so much more. The house it’s self was beautiful inside and out and in a great location near to shops, restaurants and the beach. Francisco was a great host with lots of useful information for our stay. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Fort Lauderdale.

Fabulous host

The host could not be kinder or more thoughtful! Even my dog enjoyed the plush dog bed. Francisco did everything possible to be sure we were welcomed and comfortable. The decor is lovely as well!

Great place to stay.

The overall property is beautiful. It’s not too far from the beach nor from the airport. The backyard is gorgeous. The home itself was comforting, just the right amount of space for the two of us. We loved the communication from the home owner. His response time was so quick. He made sure we had a great stay. We will definitely will be booking again.

Great Stay!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was nice and comfortable, spotless clean and taken care of. We were welcomed with fresh orchid and flower plants and a basket of nice fruits.! We very much enjoyed the comfortable and nice outdoors which gave us an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weathers.
