The stunning gated community of Pelican Marsh offers the Court-side Bar and Grill, tennis, pickle ball, bacci, facial and massage spa, and fitness center with Yoga and Zumba classes, group activities and more! Enjoy the convenience of Publix, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. Nearby you will find several award-winning beaches, Galleria Shoppes at Vanderbilt, Mercato Shops and Restaurants, two state of the art movie theaters, Waterside Shops, Artis—Naples, Off The Hook Comedy Club, Saturday Vanderbilt Farmers Market, The Baker Museum, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Naples Zoo, The Village Shops on Venetian Bay, Bayfront, Naples Botanical Gardens, Tin City, and beautiful downtown Naples. This unit overlooks the Pelican Marsh private golf course; public golfing is available five miles away.

***A three month lease is required during season. One month, or month-to-month leases are available from April-December.***

There is no club membership included with rental rate. The condo overlooks a private membership golf course.

Amazing Property

First Class Pelican Marsh Condo

I would highly recommend this unit. I stayed here for a month and it is an excellent property. It has three bedrooms, a desk setup, nice lanai and is thoroughly upgraded and modern throughout. It includes all of the Pelican Marsh amenities. The first floor setup makes it extremely convenient with no steps. The owners are wonderful-very responsive, accessible and go the extra mile to make the stay comfortable. Five stars!

Quality Living in Pelican Marsh

The home itself is very well done, complete and even nicer than the pictures on the internet. When one household item was missing the lovely owner immediately provided what we needed. She is close by and treats her renters as guests and friends. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and Courtside, the little restaurant inside centrally located Pelican Marsh, is a real treat. What a quality experience!
