Wonderful Space

We had a great stay in New Orleans! Ashley was very helpful and friendly. We loved the driveway as well. Our only concern was the location. The neighborhood was rough, but we had no problems.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend!

Wonderful property, with an exceptional host! The apartment is lovely, exactly as portrayed in the pictures, and super clean! Beds are very comfortable, water pressure and temperature is great, appliances and amenities are very high quality. Not within walking distance of typical NOLA attractions, but quick Uber rides were perfect. Host was responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood, far enough away from the hustle & bustle to enjoy some peace & quiet, but close enough to get to the fun stuff easily. Apartment sleeps 6+, but living room doesn't necessarily seat that many (comfortably), only an issue if your party intends to spend much time inside. Would definitely stay here again!

Know the truth, great Space

We stayed a week in the location. Read all reviews before you book. This condo/house is wonderful! The neighborhood as all other reviewers mention is recovering/and lower income. I don't think its a rebuild, I think it is just lower income. Don't be afraid. It is actually quiet. We has zero issues the entire time. The condo itself felt safe and it is wonderfully kept. The amenities are as pictured, clean and comfortable. You even feel more safe as you are upstairs in the duplex. The Host is outstanding at communication. After we worked through our unreasonable fears, we had a tremendous stay. We were gone every day to do the tourist thing, Every evening was restful. This location is better if you are driving or ride sharing, as I would not walk anywhere from here (Both because of the neighborhood and location) It is very accessible to all the amazing site in NOLA. I would buy a place here soon if you are an investor. This is a perfect place to start up your own VRBO!

Excellent stay

Everything was fine. The neighbors we met were friendly. The neighborhood is concerning. We had NO issues but will probably wait until the renovations in the area have progressed before returning.

Great hostess, nice venue!

Our hostess was SO on top of things! There was a power outage during our stay and all the tech stuff (including heat!) was corrected quickly. I wouldn't quite consider the neighborhood "developing" as of yet and our young granddaughter did not appreciate the fireworks each night but a beautiful venue with everything needed - except a toaster. Comfy beds!! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Girls trip

Absolutely beautiful home! Pulling up to the home we were a little nervous due to the neighborhood but we had no problems with anyone. Located wasnt bad nothing a quick lil uber couldn't handle. I wouldn't advise walking anywhere from the property. Ashley the host was easy to get in touch with. Communication and directions were 10 out of 10. Home was Absolutely stunning. It was so cute for our quick little getaway It was supposed to be 6 of us but ended up being 4. It would have accommodated 6 jus as easy. Decor and furniture very impressed. The home was clean and it smelled nice. Percent for the occasion. Will definitely book again

Stayed for concert at the Smoothie King Center

Short drive from all of our destinations. Very nice on the inside. The road had major potholes and the surrounding area/neighborhood had less than ideal aesthetics. Neighbors were friendly.
