We can’t wait to host your family/group! Come experience our spacious newly renovated house with ample room to spread out throughout the two living areas and media room, or gather together in the large modern open concept kitchen/dining area. This 6 bedrooms and 5 bathroom house also has a large deck with a gorgeous view of the 43 acres of the property. At the end of the day, turn on the gas firepit, lounge in the hot tub, or enjoy your favorite movie on the 75" Smart TV in the media room. We are four minutes from Silver Dollar City, and ten minutes from The Branson Strip and access to Table Rock Lake.

Upstairs: Full bathroom with tub/shower, bedroom with King bed and twin daybed with twin trundle, 4 twins in second bedroom

Amazing place to stay

This place was amazing. It was close to all things Branson. The hosts are so friendly and really wanted us to have a great time. When we come back to Branson, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Amazing house

Love the house, our 2nd year there. Grandkids had plenty of play space, inside and out. Grownups loved the huge deck and that kitchen is the best,!

This house is exactly what the pictures show! Highly recommended! Very spacious for large families and friends!! Great location close to the craziness but far enough to have your quiet time as well! The property manager Katie is amazing as well she is very attentive if needed!

Great house for a large group!

This is a great place for a large group staying in the Branson area. Our group of twelve adults and teens loved having so many bedrooms and bathrooms and the different sofa/tv areas meant everyone could gather together easily, yet still have space when they wanted it. Two washer/dryer sets were great when we needed to wash wet clothing after our day of canoeing. The house was very clean and the host responded quickly when we had a small concern. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the main level (at least one bathroom has a walk-in shower) so it would be a good fit for those with accessibility concerns.

Close to everything!

Great place to stay, hosts are 5+ stars! We enjoyed our stay, with 6 kids we did not notice much of the road noise but if you were sitting on the deck with you and another person, you were well aware of it. Saying that, the house was so centrally located, we would stay there again. Lots of games, ping pong, shuffle board, basketball. Lots of things for the kids to do. We all loved the deer & fireflies that came out during the evening hours! House has 2 washers & dryers plus 2 dishwashers, clean up was a breeze even with 12 people!

Just book this house!

Wonderful spacious house that was perfect for our family of 15! Separate living spaces and media room gave the grandkids their own places to play. Lovely deck to drink morning coffee on and to have s’mores at night with the kids on. Adam, our host, was very friendly and responsive to all our questions and needs. Highly recommend! Just book this house!

Branson Gathering

We loved the spacious kitchen and dining area. We were able to gather around the table for dinner and the bar for breakfast. We would love to stay here again next year. Thanks for a great experience.

Thanksgiving in Branson

Fourteen of us stayed for four nights. It was a perfect spot for us. We had a large area to spend time together with plenty of room to spread our for sleeping and getting ready. I would definitely stay here again. We had zero concerns or issues! It was a wonderful place!😊

Beautiful convenient setting in a spacious and beautifully updated home.

Our family of 10 had such a great time! The house was spacious enough that everyone had privacy with still room to spare. Everything was well thought out in this renovated property. Many gathering places for hanging out, playing games, & melas. The deck was amazing for family gatherings and was pretty peaceful considering it was close to a busy road. Inside the house was no noise at all. Hosts were amazing & very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

The only way to stay - Branson

There is no question that this house was the reason we had such a remarkable visit to Branson. The owners have done a remarkable job of making the house clean and comfortable with top of the line cooking appliances, multiple dishwashers, and laundry facilities. The rooms were all well appointed and spacious. Bathrooms were super clean and updated. The kitchen was more than spacious for our larger group and the counter space was marvelous. The property team even went as far ahead to balance out the temps in the home with added cooling on the second floor. The basement was exceptional! Movies on the big screen with several seating options for adults and kids. The property manager, Katie, was super responsive to any question we had for both the house or the area. Check in and out we’re a breeze as well! To the owners: we can’t thank you enough. We took pride in keeping the house clean and loved the work you put into the home. You all have great taste. We had the best time!

A must stay!

This house is gorgeous and so spacious! Our bachelorette party loved spending a long weekend here! We loved the theater room, great for hanging out. And we loved being so close to town!

Amazing Space

This rental is awesome for a large group who wants to be in good proximity to area attractions. The sleeping arrangements were fantastic, 5 king bedrooms and one with 4 twins, in addition to day beds and couches. There is plenty of room for a big group to spread out and have their own space to relax. The deck is amazing and the kitchen is big enough to prepare meals for a big group! Communication between guests and owners was top notch. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the best we've ever stayed at. Very clean, very spacious. Very affordable.

This has been one of the best experiences. The house was so close to everything you would need during your stay!! They had stuff at the house for some family game nights. Very spacious. Cleanest place we've ever stayed at. Beds were super comfy, too. And Adam and Dayna were amazing hosts. Will definitely stay again when we return for our next vacation.

Perfect place for a large family!

The house was extremely close to all major family attractions! The house had more than enough space for the entire family of 13. The hosts were great and on top of everything. They quickly responded when we needed things and extremely friendly. We would most definitely stay again! Absolutely no complaints!

Perfect family reunion place!!

Had the best experience with the owners. Thanks Adam and Jayna for being so involved and helping us out. It's an older place but has had a great remodel. Very quiet and away from from the hustle and bustle of Branson but you're only 10 minutes from everything. My group has already expressed interest in reserving for our next reunion. Highly recommend!!

We couldn’t have had a better stay!!!!

We stayed at this house for one week in June. Upon arrival we noticed the sweetest guest thank you basket full of goodies that we snacked on and used the entire stay! (Snacks, sunscreen, toothpaste, etc) All of the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and plenty of linens! They also had a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc! The back patio was our favorite hang out space with plenty of seating for all of us! We also all loved the brand new hot tub! We had a blast in the large yard catching lightening bugs and making s’mores! Inside we had more than enough room for all 9 of us! The beds were so comfortable we raved about them daily and ordered our own as soon as we got home! The kids also loved the movie room downstairs! They have double washer and dryers, double fridges and a stand freezer to supply all the storage needs for cold items! Lastly I would like to address how tentative and responsive Adam & Katie were! With the summer heat moving in we reached out to them about the common troubles of cooling an upstairs and the very next morning Adam was there installing AC units in each room upstairs! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!

Wonderful Stay with 1st time VRBO hosts

Everything was as described or better, with more room then we expected, with only one glitch, the dryer was not working and they told us before we got there and had it replaced on day two. Very large deck and large house with lots of room to spread out. Not expecting it to matter but having 2 dishwashers and an extra refrigerator made a difference. Hosts communicated quickly and were easy to work with. We changed the dates and they made it painless and easy. We had such a successful stay we are talking about going back next year, something we never do. The house was well stocked and the beds comfortable. The 16 of us had a comfortable and fun stay. An extra note, the location worked out well, close to Silver Dollar City and a quick drive into town.

My wife and I grew up at Table Rock Lake and still make it our home today. We love taking a boat out on the lake, taking in the beauty of the Ozarks and enjoying a day at Silver Dollar City.

We travel with our extended family (16 of us sometimes!) a lot and we like to book big enough houses where we can all stay together. This house is perfectly located to get everywhere in Branson, and also large enough to accommodate families like ours who want to enjoy the Branson area together.
