Nice time in Miami Beach

Wonderful property in the 1 Hotel - really great for a family with young children. Communication with the property company was not as smooth as expected, but the property, hotel, and location was 100% great.

Short Beach Getaway

And friend and myself came down to Miami Beach for a short getaway and loved our time at the 1 Hotel condo. The check in process was seamless, condo was very clean and well appointed and the property amenities were amazing. Will definitely return and stay in this condo again!

Beautiful apartment in a luxury hotel

Needed a last minute getaway and this apartment looked fantastic. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious with incredible views of the ocean.. You have access to all the amenities of the 1 hotel. Gorgeous pool and beachfront, right on walk/bike path. 1 mile walk to heart of South Beach. Great family vacation unit!

Premier property 🌴

I can’t imagine a better condo, better amenities, or a better location! Miami was fabulous and these accommodations were too! Pet friendly, personalized concierge, rooftop pool, and spacious digs with an ocean view. Workout facility the best we’ve ever seen! And just a mile or 2 from anything you would care to do. So glad we chose 1Hotel ☺️

Great vacation

Room is very spacious at almost 2000sq ft. 3 bed, 3 bath was great for bringing kids. Everything felt clean and new. comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Full size soap and shampoo. Great beach service and dining at 1hotel. Great rental company. (especially Adriano). Will be back.

Everything was perfect

Our family of 5 and my sister's family of 6 came down to Miami Beach to spend some quality time together. We loved staying with Luxury Rentals as they made everything a lot easier and more enjoyable. We had a total of 6 children and they surprised us with a couple of sand buckets set upon our arrival. What a nice touch, it was very nice of them. We all enjoyed the hotel amenities; the 1 hotel is beautiful! What we loved about this unit, in particular, were the floor to ceiling ocean views. Stunning! We will return next year.

Since never booking through VRBO we were hesitant. But this condo did not disappoint. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures or even better. Gorgeous ocean views and the condo was clean and laid out perfectly. The sunrises from our bed in the morning from every bedroom were spectacular!! It’s within walking distance to restaurants and shopping which was very convenient. The beds were all very comfortable and it was awesome to have a full kitchen so we could have coffee in the morning and all of our meals in the apartment if we wanted to. We love 1 Hotel and have stayed before so we appreciated that we had full use of all of the amenities of the hotel but a full apartment with beautiful views and everything we needed as if being at home. We are already planning our next stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The residences at the 1 Hotel are really spectacular. The location is awesome, the apartment has every amenity you would nee. The kitchen is great for cooking or just hanging out. The beds are really comfortable, great linens. The batrooms fully stocked and tons of towles.

Nice views, some imperfections

The 1 hotel is gorgeous and the residence is nicely appointed with amazing views. A few important points if you are a discerning traveler. First, the master bathroom had a subtle foul smell the whole time. I’m not sure if it was the toilet — or what it was, but it was constant. Secondly, the two bedrooms (non-master) have the best views. The master bedroom had a nice view, but it was only a partial beach view — while the other two bedrooms had full-on beach views that were unsurpassed. One of the two bedrooms had an a/c unit that did not work very well. It needs servicing and did not cool very well. The a/c unit in the master unit also needed repair. It would cool, but it was loud and turned on and off every five minutes (so, it was annoying). Overall, the hotel aspects were wonderful. However, for the excessive price, I will book a room directly with the hotel in the future so that we can have a full-service experience. The Restaurants were great also. However, I just had a higher expectation. Also, they only clean the room once every 7 days .

Prime location

This was a great spot that had all the amenities you could have in a hotel. Perfect location for the beach and great atmosphere in the hotel.

Beyond our expectations

This residence at the 1 hotel was beyond what we expected. The panoramic oceanfront views from both bedrooms were just breathtaking. The master bedroom had a balcony also facing the ocean and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The property managers, the best I've dealt with, by far. We will come back for sure.
