This lovely 2BR/2BA condo offers amazing canal views, a private balcony with alfresco dining, and access to two sparkling pools. Leisurely stroll to the coast or walk to gorgeous Northside Park for an afternoon picnic.

Located in the Blue Marlin Building, your condo is within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and attractions.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on plush furnishings in the welcoming living area. A 43” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable meals and beach snacks in the pristine kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space.

Keep the chef company at the four-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms.

The tranquil master bedroom has a king-size bed, 40” TV, and patio access. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with an XL twin-over-queen bunk bed with a twin-size trundle and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in canal views on the private balcony. A table seats four to alfresco meals.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Parking is available for two cars (one assigned spot in the covered parking area and one unassigned spot in the open parking lot). Trailer parking is prohibited.

This unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are available.

The fireplace in the living room is not operational.

The pools are open seasonally, from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

THE LOCATION

This conveniently located condo allows you to easily walk to the beach and Northside Park. Stroll to local eateries and popular shops.

For additional entertainment, schedule a deep-sea fishing excursion or a parasailing adventure. Attractions include Ocean City Beach and Fenwick Island State Park in nearby Delaware.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Could have done better, great location!

I wish I could leave a better review. PROS: Exactly as pictured in the listing. We had a bed for everyone in our family of 5 which is always a plus!!! Every pot & pan you could possibly use was there as well as plenty of plates & cups. There are 2 options for morning coffee … Kurieg or a small 4-cup pot, but bring your own pods, coffee & filters, nothing was provided to get you thru the first cup. There is a Wawa, Food Lion & a few breakfast/coffee/smoothie places within a quick 5 min walk. We had plenty of clean towels just none for the kitchen. There was also an extra set of twin sheets available- they just weren’t clean. Lots of seats to eat at (breakfast bar & table) and plenty of room on the couch. We loved how much there was right near us within walking distance and the parking spots! The beach access was easy and not too far to walk. We brought a wagon for our cooler, towels, etc which helped make the walk easier four our youngest. The canal view & balcony were our favorite things each morning! CONS: The dryer was broken when we got there. Vacasa was quick to acknowledge my request for repairs, however the owner decided not to take care of it until after we had left. Understandable if we were the first to bring it to their attention, but we weren’t. The listing advertises beach chairs, there were none. When we asked, we were told to go rent some at the beach, yet the rental places weren’t open. First place we’ve stayed that only provides one roll of TP, so bring some with you (not a huge deal, but annoying). The bedspreads were old and threadbare. The pillows were old and needed replacing. The fans in the bathrooms don’t work. The fridge is missing shelves in the door and the deli drawer was being helped in place with a bread bag twist tie. The carpets are constantly damp (understandable with humidity & fans that don’t properly work) and had wet spots that never seemed to dry. The carpets also are in bad need of cleaning. There was stuff stuck in the them near the dining table. They were vacuumed, but not what you’d call clean. The couch needs a good cleaning or for the covers to be washed. There is a lot I’m willing to over look based on the price, however failure to fix the dryer after knowing it needed repairs from previous renters & not accurately describing what was available, as well as the age of the bedspreads, pillows & such was an issue for us. We don’t expect the Ritz and know that everything won’t be brand new, nor do we expect it, but to be left for 5 days with no dryer and having to go to a laundromat was totally unacceptable. We have stayed at other rental units similar to this and problems are fixed within 24-48hrs. Again, the location is great and was the perfect size for our family, but there are some improvements that need to be made or the description updated.

“Nyce— but a couple of hick-ups”

The place was clean, quiet and spacious. But the bedroom didn’t have a Comcast remote and the Havoc leaked water on the carpet at the front door. I have to say, management quickly resolved these problems.
