I highly recommend this vacation property. The area is peaceful, very short walk to the beach access. There are also many shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family stay. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with every gadget you need. The host is kind and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Frank was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay and would happily book again in the future!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a group of 4–6 people. Frank was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with prior to and throughout our stay. The condo was very clean, and the location was convenient, with about a 10-minute (or less) walk to the beach. Parking was easy to access, although the number of parking spaces for the condo is somewhat limited, so I’d recommend minimizing the number of vehicles if you’re traveling with a larger group. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

Quiet street but close to everything

Beautiful property! It was spacious, very clean, had comfortable beds, and was well-equipped with all kitchen appliances. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, we loved the decor!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. Great communication with host. Host took the time to call us and let us know the condos is ready. Pictures are as posted. Great Location, again Great Location. Especially happy, we were able to regulate the AC/Heat because my mother stays cold. Great Stay, will stay again.

My friend and I are both over 60 and booked this pretty last minute. The owner was amazing as far as immediate communication which was great considering the short amount of time. He answered every question that I asked very promptly. The property is in a quieter area and this unit is on the third floor. There is not an elevator but the outside steps were very easy to climb. The unit itself was very clean and well stocked with essential supplies. Most of the kitchen items are labeled and the kitchen is well equipped with several useful appliances. I would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

The unit was extremely comfortable and in a great location. It was clean and had amenities such as a k-cup / coffee pot brewer, air fryer, electric kettle, and microwave. We enjoyed mornings on the balcony and had easy access to the beach and to walks in the bayside community. We were in walking distance to the grocery store and many dining and carry out options. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our host was excellent in his communications, answering questions in a prompt and complete manner. Highly recommend this unit and host!!
