We had the best time! The house is absolutely beautiful with incredible views and an awesome location. We were able to walk down to restaurants, bars, and the beach. The host was very kind and communicative throughout. We will definitely be staying here again next time we do a boys trip in LA!

House was perfect. Exactly as listed, wonderful location. Everything was clean, excellent communicators as well. Perfect for our needs, and the hosts provided so many extra little things (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) that could make our stay so much easier. Thank you!

It was perfect for our family gathering that had people from 3 states. Kitchen is well equipped, an abundance of beach towels and towels, beach chairs, and views that need to be seen to be believed. Surf crashing on the shore at night was a great way to fall asleep.

What a great house with a great view! It was perfect for all 13 of us before heading out on our cruise! Communication was good and location was perfect! Just minutes from the beach and they provide chairs, towels, everything you need to make your stay a home away from home and then some! Thank you so much for such an amazing time for all of us!

We had an extended stay with a large family event. Amazing space with stunning views. Huge house, great yard, tons of bedrooms. Quick walk to the beach and town. Really beautiful home. Negatives: The pots and pans all need to be replaced. Beat up and stripped of coating. Couches older and kind of worn out. Basically all the things inside the house need some attention. No extra toilet paper or soap anywhere, which is weird. Also the soap they did have was watered down? Even weirder to find in a house like this. We had to go buy all those basic necessities. Also of note — immediately outside is a popular social media spot, so there are numerous tourists hanging out front every evening and into the night. Not a huge deal, but definitely wish I knew that prior.

Thanks for the feed back. We always leave 8 rolls of toilet paper for our guests. You had a longer stay so we could not come back in and refill. Our house manger came out twice to help with simple things. We are always here to o help.

Lovely Beach Stay

Great location and spacious house. Enough bedding and towels. AC was nice and cold after a hot day at the beach. We loved hanging out on the front deck to watch the sunset.

Great family retreat!

Enjoyed views and proximity to beach and many other fun activities in Los Angeles and Hollywood. Accommodations for all ages and lots of room to enjoy being together. Large kitchen and many other amenities.

Great house by the beach

Our family of 10 (four kids ages 2,5,6,9), two sets of parents and one set of grandparents had a great time in this house. Location, accommodations and property manager were all great!

Great location, beautiful space

Listing is as advertised in the pictures - phenomenal views right off the front deck. Plenty of space and close to the beach. Property manager was very communicative and helpful.
