Spanish villa with pool and outdoor kitchen centrally located in LA.

We are located on a cul de sac in the quiet residential neighborhood of Ladera Heights. We are in close proximity to all things LA including LAX, beaches, and Sofi LA. We are within 10 to 20 minutes from surrounding cities including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and Marina del Rey. We especially love to host families as we understand the importance of spending quality time together. With that in mind, we have created an environment to make gathering together special. Although our maximum number of overnight guests is 8, you are welcome to have day time visitors but the number of total guests on the property should never exceed 25. Music at ambient level is also acceptable. We have seasonal rates for pool/spa heating ranging from $75 to $100 per day. It is automatically included and will be reflected in your total booking rate. In the event you do not want pool heating, that fee will be refunded upon request. We want to ensure that we are a good fit for our guests so we ask a few questions before accepting a booking. We also welcome inquiries before you book as we are ready to assist in any way we can to ensure you have a great stay!
