Very large Master Suite with private bath, king bed and tv. The master bathroom has his and her vanities, whirlpool tub, separate shower, private water closet with bidet.

The Junior Suite has king size bed, private bath, tv with dvd..

The bedroom has king size bed, bath located across the hall, tv with vcr combo.

Stay was excellent and Unit was as advertised and much more.

We had a wonderful time. Upon our arrival, we were amazed to see how spacious the unit was. Each room was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen was a big plus, as it had all of the amenities that one could hope for. A wonderful condominium. Cheers to our hosts!!

Marco Island Getaway

Well-appointed condo with a huge amount of space for a 3-bedroom unit. Great location with many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Outside deck is fantastic to sit and watch the boat traffic or just read a book. All in all, this is an excellent choice for a place to stay on Marco.

John's Wedding

Our stay was fabulous, the condo was very spacious and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, being close to restaurants and bars was great! We would definitely stay there again!

A bit unsatisfactory

We couldn’t check-in at the agreed time. In fact, we had to wait for 3,5 hours and still ended up doing the dishes of the previous renters. I made an entirely valid complaint about this, but I was rebuffed by the owner. According to the owner, I should not have complained as “we did have access to the condo, it just had not been cleaned”. Also any grievances about having to clean the dishes of the previous renters were rejected -on the basis that the condo ‘has a dishwasher’- The condo itself is fine and in a great spot, just the kitchen looks somewhat tired.

Mixed Opinion

Large condo with plenty of space for 6 people. Kitchen was very well equipped. A few minor maintenance issues that would not prevent me from renting again. Located over two restaurants/bars that were loud most nights until around 10PM. Not within walking distance to the beach.

Excellence at the Esplanade

Last minute replacement for canceled cruise. Amazing property with very attentive hosts. Location was perfect. The wrap around veranda overlooking the waterfront and entertainment venues on the ground floor can’t be matched. If this is available, don’t hesitate to book.

The beyond perfect condo!!!!

The condo is absolutely breathtaking!!! Extremely spacious. Very clean. Peaceful. Very safe and secure. The kitchen is stocked very well. The bed is so comfortable. Treat yourself and book this condo for you next vacation. You won’t want to leave.

Beautiful condo and amazing location!

Easiest and best experience!! Never used VRBO, but would definitely recommend. Hassle free, calls returned quickly. Condo was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! Great location, everything was super neat and clean, plenty of room for the 6 of us, views were amazing, and everything you could possibly need is so close and within walking distance. Can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The online photos do not do this property justice! The beds were awesome, the balcony was amazing, that's where we spent most of our time. The location is amazing. The garage and parking was a little confusing at first but we figured it out. Love love loved this place. Big score on my part

Exceptional

Great location, extremely clean, exceptionally equipped spacious unit with an amazing marina view. Noise from the restaurants can be a little loud, if sitting in the veranda. Sound insulation, however, is excellent, resulting in no noise inside unit. Washer is an outdated top-loader.
