This canal frontage home located in the heart of Hackberry, LA is fully furnished along with a southern coastal flair. The outdoor amenities include one private boat slip, seating area, charcoal grill, and fish cleaning station! This property is Ideal for family vacations or weekend getaways. Hackberry Fishing Camp and Marina is less than a one mile boat ride and offers fuel, bait, ice, and a public boat ramp. It is also within walking distance to the famous Hackberry Rod and Gun Club. Not feeling like fishing… take a 30 minute boat ride north to the casinos which have piers to park your boat while you enjoy some gambling or dinning. For those wanting the ultimate fishing experience, head south to the jetties and Gulf of Mexico!

Great Place

Very nice, clean and convenient. Lots of space indoor and out, Really nice to be able to jump in the boat and head out without hassle of going to boat ramp, Good fish cleaning station.

Best in Hackberry

Always a great experience with Josh. Nice house, great amenities and awesome location for fishing. Sleeps 7 with no bunk beds and that makes the difference. Dont pass this place up if youre in Hackberry. Super host and facility.

Great house! Easy communication with owners

We had a great weekend. The house was perfect for us. We were able to fish and crab close by. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had fresh cookies waiting on us. We will definitely visit again.

BFF Annual “Camping” Trip

We have been picking locations around Louisiana for several years now, to explore with our kids. They love the outdoors and are fishing obsessed. My husband grew up going to the Cajun Riveria, so we were so excited to find this property. It was a great location for everything we wanted to enjoy. The owners were so personable and we will definitely be back!

fantastic stay

the property had everything we needed with 7 adult men, plenty of room, large dining table, a boat stall, large concreted space under camp to hang out, etc. I don't believe any of us had any complaints about the place. We would definitely stay there again

Great amenities

Nice little cation with great access to water. Lighting good. Lots of area to clean fish and cook. Needs new AC to keep up with heat as only problem we had was Ac froze up several times Owners great. Just need new unit for this unit

Perfect Hackberry Camp

Me and six of my friends stayed here for two nights for a kayak fishing tournament and this camp is perfect. Everyone got a bed, perfect location, updated, and very clean. Tom’s of parking if you have a group and great bulk head of your bringing a boat or two down. The fish cleaning station was clutch as well.

Very Nice!

Clean and quiet neighborhood, excellent place to relax and stay cool. The waterfront view and quick access to the was lake very nice. Really liked being able to pull right out of the boat slip and go fishing without having to trailer back and forth to camp all weekend. Holly beach is also less than 25 minutes away so we were able to conveniently make an evening trip down there as well. Overall great location and property!

It’s waterfront location offers the opportunity to fish in the morning, take a restroom or lunch break at the house and never have to put your boat back on the trailer. There is plenty of parking, outdoor seating, and a large grill to cook your catch.
