The house was quaint and in an ideal location to explore old Tampa. Perfect for those who enjoy walking to local venues including coffee and dining. House is ideal for a small family looking to be away from the rush of the city but in a convenient location. Would stay there again.

The bungalow was lovely and homey, a classic Tampa Craftsman house, perfect for our family while we were visiting . The host was wonderful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. One of my family members left something valuable behind and the host went out of her way to get in touch with me so we could retrieve the lost item.

Everything about the accomodations and stay worked out perfectly. House very well appointed with everything you might need to make the stay comfortable and efficient. It was so close for us to walk to dinner, exercise and easy to get around and sightseeing. Love the front covered porch and enjoy the early morning and late-night relaxing on it.

Cute bungalow in a very nice area. So many thoughtful details provided, beach towels, sun lotions, K-Cups, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped & very neat & clean. Very comfortable & cozy. A/C worked very well. Will definitely plan to stay again when we return to Tampa! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family's needs and the proximity to Bayshore Blvd, downtown Tampa and the airport was great. We loved the small touches and the artwork in the house.

This is a cozy home, with an excellent kitchen. The third bedroom is tiny and we did not use it because we only had 3 people. The location is great if you want to walk on Bayshore. The car parking is very tight, so don't bring your tank!

Perfect family stay in a lovely neighborhood

Cute house in a great neighborhood close to great places to eat. 5 min walk to Bayshore for early morning walks in the sun. Loved our stay.

Visiting Tampa for a wedding. Found the property to be clean and conveniently located to shopping, dining and the wedding venue. Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

We had a nice stay during move in at UTampa. Nice proximity to school, restaurants and Bayshore Boulevard. Hosts were responsive and warm. Recommend!

Pros: Great location, comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. The host initially offered a late checkout in exchange for washing towels. Cons: The yard is not fenced for dogs. Early check out (10 when most places are 11). My experience ended poorly due to the host’s unprofessional and rude behavior; she sent aggressive messages regarding the laundry and dog hair on the bedding, despite me having just returned her son’s friend lost wallet found on the property. I would never do business with this owner again.

Great Bayshore stay

We were in Tampa for a birthday weekend and this house was perfect! We look forward to staying here again in the future. Great location. Good amenities. Highly recommend!

Flexible and helpful

Coming to Tampa was to be for a weekend getaway that changed to a family service. Owners were very accommodating and flexible to add days to the reservation.

Lovely home

Perfect locale, convenient to Tampa restaurants, shops. Minutes walk to beautiful Bayshore Boulevard. Sophisticated yet comfy interior with front and back porches. We already looking forward to another stay.

Great stay for location

If you want to be in Bayshore Beautiful, this is a great property. It was clean and comfortable and only a few minutes walking to the water! The photos portray a house that is slightly newer and in better condition than the house in reality, but it did not impact our stay significantly. Thank you!

Medical School Graduation Celebration

Our family of six stayed very comfortably, to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from USF medical school. The cottage and the neighborhood are both very peaceful and the location is fantastic! Close to downtown, the highways are not far, and the bay is a few houses away! The house had everything we needed and was very clean.

Comfortable lodgings for a very sad trip

We were in town for my father’s funeral. We really liked the comfortable setting and being able to bring our dog and walk on the Bayshore was an added plus. My sister would like me to include that the large screen TV in the living room went kaput but otherwise it was nice to spend our time in a nice home.
