Romantic Honeymoon Suite in Barrio Puntas Rincon. Short walk to Sandy Beach
The honeymoon studio suite is a studio apartment surrounded by tropical gardens and man-made waterfalls. The studio has a balcony with a small table, two chairs and a gorgeous ocean view. We are located less than a five minute walk from Sandy Beach, restaurants and a lively nightlife. There are many restaurants in the area that are perfect for date night!

The Honeymoon Suite is complete with a queen bed, kitchen, couch, TV, private balcony and a/c. This studio is on the second floor above our private bar which is closed unless a guest requests to open it. Along with the bar on the first level there is a beautiful seating area, with hammocks and tables, next to our private waterfall. If no guests are staying in our other rentals or if you are part of the group booking, you have access to either our private infinity pool that has great ocean views or the swimming pool at the lower house. The outdoor staircase leading from the infinity pool down to the Honeymoon Suite is picturesque - great for weddings or Instagram moments. We also have a large event pavilion that is open to all guests. If you are planning an event you can request private access. The event space can accommodate 100 people and is complete with lounge chairs, couches and hammocks. If it is not being used for an event, it is a great place to hang out and read a book.

We bought our dream property and built Ocean View Paradise in 2004.

You will be only a three minute walk to one of the best beaches in Rincon, Sandy Beach, and the famous seaside restaurant Tamboo Bar & Grill. You can sit on the beach and have your food or drinks delivered right to your chair! We have beach chairs available for your use.You are also within walking distance to several other restaurants, bars and small grocery store.

We have a large piece of property so there is plenty of room to wander and take a siesta in one of our hammocks, next to our beautiful man made waterfalls. It is the perfect space for large events and gatherings like family reunions, weddings, class reunions, bachelorette weekends and more. Guests are in the same property but have plenty of space with two large houses each with their own private entrance, living room and kitchen on each floor. All of our guests are returning customers because once you experience Ocean View Paradise, you always come back!
Located just off of Sandy Beach, we are in the heart of Rincón in Barrio Puntas. There are many restaurants, shops and a lively nightlife all within walking distance. Puntas is a safe and friendly neighborhood. I, and many of the locals, enjoy walks to yoga on the beach, picking up a healthy shake near the ocean, and searching for sea glass. Visitors to the area are interested in surfing, yoga, snorkeling, and spending time with friends and families on the beach. During high season (December - April) the nightlife is much busier and many local spots have live music. Other times of the year the neighborhood is much quieter.
You can choose to rent a car or come to the Ocean View Paradise by taxi. If you choose to come by taxi we can assist you with taxi recommendations to get you wherever you want to go!
