Welcome to your own personal oasis with large backyard, covered patio and enclosed pool area. Light & bright with an updated, open floor plan, this is the perfect home for entertaining family and friends! Spend the day lounging by the pool and evenings exploring charming Port Charlotte and surrounding areas. Spacious primary suite with attached full bath. Guest bedroom with work space. Conveniently located to shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and sparkling Gulf Coast beaches.

For security purposes, we have one exterior security camera located at the front corner near the garage and another at the back corner opposite the pool. The back camera does not record during guest stays.

Upon arriving, there is a single driveway that did fit both mine and my friends car. Otherwise parking on the street seems ok and not a super busy neighborhood. It was very quiet overall. Upon entering, the house was nicely decorated, My dog Nala noticed the bin of dog toys right away. The kitchen had many things for your stay. The bedrooms were nice and everything was very clean. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo/conditioner as well. The pool is well maintained as well as the nice big, fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play. The host, Ashley, was very responsive to messages.

This was an incredible stay and Ashley was a wonderful host. She was so accommodating and the house was warm and welcoming. We loved the pool area and spent lots of time outside. We will definitely stay there again!

Visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda. Close enough but off the beaten path. Plenty of shopping and food nearby

Summer vacation

Loved the pool and pup loved the backyard not a lot to do around the area with family pet but overall we had a go time

Girls Trip

We stayed for the weekend. It was absolutely perfect. Everything you could need is already there to enjoy your stay. We had questions and the response time was amazing. Definitely recommend!!!

Love the place

Absolutely the most amazing place I have ever rented from Vrbo. My only complaint is the neighbors next door were coming and going most of the night on really loud motorcycles and it kept waking us up.

Wonderful little pool house!

We had a great stay! Ashley was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. I missed having a dishwasher and a blender but everything else was fine. I would recommend this home.

Clean comfortable Oasis

Really enjoyed my 3 day anniversary at this comfy home... There's everything I needed but the best part is the pool... Pets are allowed which is great.. it's a cute clean two bedroom little house with everything you need

Property was as listed with some nice extras.

Everything was great, the grass definitely needed to be cut, some type of stick tights got on our dog every time we let her in the large fenced backyard.

Andover Christmas

Overall the property was very nice. A few things that should be corrected. The drain stopper in the Master Bath did not work. The drain stopper in the hallway bath for the sink when pushed down would not pop back up. The toilet seat in the hallway bath is very loose and needs tightening. The remotes for the tv's may be mixed up. We were watching tv in the living room and the person watching tv in the Master Bedroom was changing the channels on the living room tv. Minor things but would be nice if they worked. You might want to put a door stopper behind the front door. We noticed that the door knob had made a hole in the wall behind it. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable. Thank you
