Suncadia is a beautiful property. We made this reservation at the last minute because we needed to change our vacation plans due to the fires in Washington. The hostess was very responsive at first, seeming to understand our situation and told me she would have her team clean this unit first, so we would hopefully be able to check in early. Our instructions were to wait to hear from her. The official check-in began at four and we didn’t hear from her until 430 that our unit was ready. It was quite disappointing. I believe checkout is at 11 so if her team actually cleaned this unit first, it’s hard to believe that it took 5 1/2 hours. The unit is small and the Juliett balcony is just a sliding door with a gate so you don’t fall out.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the beauty of Suncadia and appreciate you choosing to stay with us, especially after having to change your vacation plans due to the wildfires. We understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive the early check-in you were hoping for, and we apologize for the delay in communication regarding your unit’s readiness. While early check-in is never guaranteed, we always do our best to accommodate these requests whenever possible. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to continue improving our guest experience. We hope you enjoyed the rest of your time at Suncadia!
