Enjoy a cozy, privately owned 1-bedroom condo in the heart of Suncadia Resort. Whether you're here in summer or winter, each season offers a unique and memorable experience.

About This Space

✔ Bedroom: King-size bed + pull-out queen sofa bed
✔ Kitchen: Fully equipped with cookware, stainless steel appliances (gas range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave), coffee maker, and blender
✔ Living Area: Floor-to-ceiling windows with sliding doors leading to a balcony
✔ Dining: Seats 6 comfortably (4 at the table + 2 at kitchen bar stools)
✔ Located on the 4th floor, with easy elevator access
✔ Situated on the resort side of the lodge, close to restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and outdoor pool

The condo was described accurately and we had an excellent time. It was clean, well-equipped and a good location within the lodge. While the outside seating was a little noisy due to the lodge facilities below, we still appreciated the views from the windows. We spent most of our time at the pool or in the red chairs anyway. We’d love to go back again soon!

We love the place, clean, coffee and everything you need.Bed comfortable.3 things were a minus for me The sofa bed was horrible, super thing and cheap. Maybe for like a child?!? The view from the apartment is the hotel roof.We tried to check in 20 minutes early and it was not possible All the rest was great

Great Place!

This is a great place! Check in was super easy. Service was spectacular and the room was clean and ready to go with everything you need. We will definitely be staying here again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Wonderful accommodations!

The unit was perfect for our stay! It was clean, kitchen was well equipped, the view was gorgeous and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Checkin and checkout were easy and seamless. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Always love staying here

We love Suncadia and we try and go at least once a year. This condo has allowed us to enjoy the grounds and not pay 400 bucks a night. Owner is very friendly, the bed is amazingly comfortable!!! The layout is awesome, tons of space. We will continue to come back and stay here.

It was sad that they didn't have any place to store your bikes safely. The garage that we had heard from the property owner about, it was not there. Only outside where you had to have your own lock and it really was not secure. So that would be nice knowing that heads up. Especially since they have so many wonderful biking trails and it's well known for that. But otherwise we loved our stay!

Great stay but late check-in

The rental was great, clean and spacious in the lovely Suncadia resort. I would have given it a 5 star review if the rental would have been ready in time but the cleaners were still there at 4pm and only left around 4:45pm which made for a very late check-in for especially for such a high nightly price.

Enjoyable stay. Some recommendations for improvement.

Overall, we had a nice stay and the host was helpful. However, if you have kids and are renting this unit, look into a few things first. The host has since made the listing more clear, but it’s important to know that you only have access to the smaller outdoor pool and not the facilities where there is an indoor pool and slides. You will also want to call ahead and see what is actually available at the lodge. We were told we could ride bikes and rollerblade by the lodge, but neither were available (not propert owners fault, but may impact your stay if you have children). The unit itself is clean and nicely stocked.

The condo was amazing with a great view. Our dog love to sit out on the deck and watch. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom, the shower and the bathtub were great. The condo was very very clean. The pool in the hot tub were great. The communication with the host was very easy.

The lodge itself operates a coffee shop, Portals Restaurant and the 56 Degree Lounge. Still inside the resort, a stop by Swiftwater Winery for tastings or a meal at The Hoist House Restaurant is a must during your stay. Outside the resort, the towns of Cle Elum and Roslyn are a short drive away and provide tons of dining and shopping options.

The 6,000 acre resort contains two award winning golf courses, a luxury Spa, seasonal boating and ice skating, the recently completed 1,000 Steps from the lodge to the river, several parks, tennis and basketball courts and miles of paved biking trails .

Suncadia adjoins over 1,200 pristine acres along the Cle Elum River Valley set aside for family vacation activities which include horseback riding, fly fishing, rafting, kayaking, rock climbing, mountain biking and bird watching. The immediate area contains the 2.2 million acre Wenatchee National Forest for downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking and snowmobiling.
