This property was lovely from the start. We entered and were immediately impressed. It was clean, spacious, and just a beautiful space. We loved the space and location and were thrilled with the whole experience.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights when we came to Chicago to watch the Fever and Sky play. We both loved our stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. The place was very clean and the decor was top notch. Check-in and check-out was a bliss. Will 1000% recommend.

Beautiful Apartment and Well Located

Very nice apartment on the top floor of a good building. Wonderful views to the north and west. Amenities such as the outdoor pool and the outdoor lounge and dining area were very much appreciated. Apartment had everything one would need.

Great views

We loved watching the sunset at night and we also had the pleasure of watching thunderstorms in the distance one night. The building is very conveniently located, and it was so nice going to the Nortwestern campus and walking along the lake. The bed was so comfortable - the best I’ve slept in while traveling.

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The whole experience was a 10! Lovely views, lovely space, great location. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back.

Memorial Service

We raised our family in Evanston and came in town for a Memorial Service. The apartment was perfect. The furnishings are comfortable. The unit has some wear and tear but it is truly lovely. So much better than a hotel room.

Evanston Bliss

Great location and host responsiveness. Older than photos looked but generally clean. Could not find a gym onsite but pool was a plus. More checkout steps than normal but very easy checkin. Would stay again.

Hi Donna, Hope you enjoyed your stay well. I'm sorry to know that you couldn't find our onsite gym. Our fully remodeled fitness center is located on the first floor with a signage of 'Club Lounge' and it's in instructions. I wish you could have asked me if you couldn't find the right location during your stay.

Excellent communication

Overall, a great experience. Having a parking space away from the cold was a superb touch. Location was nice as it was a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to town, easy to get around. Excellent communication, quick to respond and accomodating to our needs when something came up. We only stayed one night at the Bliss. aaccomodate

A bit of bliss

we loved this property. a window lined room allowed us to feel connected with the sky. Very clean and the best part is a underground garage spot just for you. . we will be back.

Northwestern grad

Superb communication and organization. The layout of the condo is great. Everything worked exceptionally. We slept four comfortably. And had four more extended family members in the area who are local that stopped by periodically, just take a break, or enjoy the view(s) or share a meal. What a great building and location. Michelle was always responsive and helpful.

Location, View and Amenities

My family and I were there for my daughter’s graduation and stayed at Bliss of Evanston for a few days. Overall the condo itself is wonderful, and spacious with views looking West so catching spectacular sunsets were nice along with seeing incoming thunderstorms. With the large wall of floor to ceiling windows also could make it fairly warm with the afternoon sun, so keeping the AC on is helpful. The unit is in good condition, clean and well appointed with all of the kitchen basics, and oil/spices so you can actually prepare a meal. The unit also has in-ceiling speakers that are possible to connect to via Bluetooth. There aren’t instructions for it, but easy to figure out if you’re so inclined. Other things we liked was access to a gym and underground parking, in unit laundry machines, as well as a pool which wasn’t open yet when we stayed there. There are a few things in the unit that could use a little TLC, but didn’t affect our stay. The Tempurpedic mattress is a bit firm, but you get used to it. The location of the condo is great, and fairly quiet. There is a hospital nearby and with the main thoroughfare, you may hear ambulances a few times, as well as the Metra commuter train. Downtown Evanston is very close: Taco Diablo and Bennison’s bakery are only a few blocks away and a must visit. Whole Foods is a short drive, and Reza’s is great for Persian food. Michelle was quick to respond and address any issues or questions we had. Overall a great stay!
