The location was perfect, the house was spacious, the host was incredibly accommodating and overall our experience was exactly what we were looking for as a holiday getaway.

Ski vacation

Great stay. Proximity to the Silver Star lift is the biggest asset. The hot tub on the deck was also wonderful. Would stay again.

Great spot for ski trip HQ. All you could need.

We loved our guys ski trip at Rick's. It was exactly what we were looking for. Great layout, any convenience you could need, location and friendly, communicative owner.

Great location near silver star ski & sport

Very nice owner, and with location right next to Silver Star Ski and Sport it’s hard to beat. You have the Silver Star left right there and the best ski shop in Park city

Great Place to Stay for a Ski Trip!

Everything you need for a ski vacation! Walkable to the silver star lift and lodge, and shuttle across the street can take you anywhere else in PC!

Park City Ski Trip

This rental was perfect for us. The location is ideal and it is beautiful on the inside. The owner was so easy to work and communicated everything I needed to know. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and responsive host. The property is a bit dated but great for a party of 8 looking to ski and visit Park City.

Location and Comfort

This is our second time to stay in this property. The location is great and it has all of the amenities that our family needs for a successful winter trip. Additionally, the hosts are amazing people and so easy to work with. We are looking forward to our next stay.

great location for skiing

5 minute walk from the silver star lift for skiing. good hot tub setup. owner responsive and helpful. overall, recommend staying here.

Perfect friends ski weekend!

Great ski condo for a group. Plenty of room to relax on the couches by the fire pit, around the table, or by the hot tub. Host was very responsive answering a few questions that we had.

Great place and location.

Location was great. Just a short walk to Mountain Village. Hot tub saved the day after skiing. Place had everything you’d need. Great communication with the owner. Definitely recommend.

Great Location and Amenities

The Property was just as described, located just a 5 min walk from the Silver Star lift. It was great to have a private hot tub for after skiing and the property had ample space for our group. We will be checking if this unit is available for our next trip to Park City!

Comfortable and Convenient

Comfortable and well appointed place in a great location. Communication with Rick was seamless and very pleasant. Comfy beds, wonderful fireplace and great location. Whether you make the short walk to the Silver Star lift or take the bus to the main resort area, the location is great. Will certainly rebook next time we visit Park City.

Perfect Park City Condo!

Our stay at this cozy condo was perfect and the view was amazing. Everything was very clean and exactly what we expected based on the listing. Convenience to Park City Mountain and Historic Main St was absolutely perfect. Rick, the property owner, was very responsive and such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!!

Location is amazing

We had 3 couples and 2 younger guys and the space was perfect for us. The location and proximity to the skiing was unbeatable. The hot tub was a huge hit. Would definitely love to stay there again. Rick was very responsive to the one small issue we had. Snow was epic and our time at Payday was perfect.

Great location

Condo was in a great location. .5 from Park City parking lot. Convenient to a ski shop for rentals, a lift, groceries, etc... Hot tub was awesome after a long day skiing. We did not cook but the kitchen had everything needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
