Rustic Charm within steps of Park City Mountain

Historical, Rustic, Chalet - a rare Park City gem. 4000 sq. ft. of log cabin on 3 floors, nestled into the mountain within walking distance of the foot of Silver Star ski lift.

Rustic family home on three levels with large welcoming great room. Gather round the roaring fire for a taste of a traditional Park City that is all but lost in today's modern world. The top floor hosts the master suite, with a kingsize bed and large double shower. Enjoy the private balcony with views onto the ski hill and the Silver Star Chairlift. The walkout basement has 2 further bedrooms and common 'den' space with cable TV, private hot tub and family games. Retaining many period features and photos, this large chalet is simply and tastefully decorated, offering both amazing space and location. The new beds, sofas, hot tub and modern plumbing ensure a safe and comfortable stay.

The entire chalet is available for use by guests. 3 floors, 2 private balcony's, shared walkway, shared garage and drive way with space for two cars max.

Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, within short walking distance to the base of the Silver Star ski lift area these log chalets are nestled into the side of the mountain. The condo is about 100m walk from the lift (accessible for skiers able to ski blue terrain). The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also right there and wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or après ski. In fact it is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end the afternoon! Alternatively, the shuttle to the mountain runs frequently and stops about 100yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base takes a couple of minutes. Here you will find all the resort activities; ski school, skating rink etc, etc.

The shuttle bus stop is steps away providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. There is no street parking for additional vehicles.

The property was excellent. The master bedroom was terrific. The fireplace had plenty of great, dried wood. The kitchen was well equipped and the location to downtown was good. Susie was attentive to our needs and quickly fixed any issues.

Awesome location

We loved the cozy feel with lots of room for guests. Jacuzzi was great. Downstairs beds not comfortable just a heads up. Other than that it was great would stay again!

Great stay!

Amazing property that is close to the bus stop to get to town and the slopes. Overall it was a perfect stay, only complaint was that the hot tub had issues with the temperature so we couldn’t use it the last night. Besides that it was an ideal stay.

Great condo close to the slopes

Really enjoyed this log cabin condo! We had 10 plenty (4 adults 6 teens) and felt we had plenty of room. One thing that was really awesome is how you can ski down and walk across the street and your home. Susie was an excellent host and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Place

The location of this condo is perfect! A short walk to the Silver Star Lift that is on a manageable blue for skiing back home at the end of the day; or if you prefer to utilize the town shuttle the stop is right around the corner from your front steps. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we head back to park city!

Great property

The house was just what we needed. Space for all of us to spread out a bit, good kitchen. Location was great- conveniently close to the mountain, quiet at night. Know that the master bedroom is a loft upstairs. Hot tub worked well after Ali runs. Garage is not attached,but it was really nice to keep car protected overnight.

Great location for Park City resort

There is ample space to sleep 10 people and a large common area. 5 minute walk from silver star lift. Hot tub is excellent. Access to garage and house was simple. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Excellent place, excellent location

Such a wonderful, comfortable house. We stayed in late March, and getting to the silver star lift was as easy can be. The house is very comfortable with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, and there's a nice big dining room table to eat as a group. House was clean, and the hot tub was a gift sent from heaven after a full day of skiing. Susie was easy to reach and was very helpful getting us situated. Highly recommend this house for anyone!

A warm, gracious CLEAN mountain lidge

Susie was so responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to spend time in this sparkling clean, historic home, steps from the base. Also proximate to snow shoeing and cross country skiing trails and a stones throw from local bus stop. Highly recommend! Ps consider adding a blender to the very well stocked kitchen.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, it is a couple hundred yd walk to the base of the Silver Star ski lift. For intermediate and advanced skiers, you can ski literally to the door.
The brand new private hot tub is perfect to relax at the end of the day, if you can tear yourself away from the roaring log fire in the great room. This is a place to enjoy the company of friends and family.
