UPDATE: This professionally cleaned 1BR Oceanview condo at Dunes Village Resort offers stunning ocean views from the balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The fully furnished unit features a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge in the kitchen, along with a dining table. Sleeping arrangements include 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Murphy Bed (fold-down bed), accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably.

You'll have access to fantastic onsite amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, indoor water slides, kiddie pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness room. The resort also boasts an onsite restaurant/lounge serving three meals, a poolside Tiki bar, and a Starbucks Coffee shop.

Additionally, the resort features a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility with a 250-foot Lazy River, Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-sized water slides, and a children's pool. There's even a game room with pool tables and other games for added entertainment.

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort, and FREE WIFI is available! The condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach and is only 7 miles from the airport, 5 miles from the Family Kingdom, and 2 miles from Myrtlewood Golf Course. Many other restaurants and attractions are minutes away, with Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium a short drive away.

This oceanview condo provides 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Murphy Bed (fold-down) in a private bathroom, along with full-sized appliances and a kitchen table. Enjoy the morning sunrise from your private oceanview balcony, overlooking the beautiful ocean.

Nice condo

Condo had a great view was very clean except a few minor dusty areas. ALOT of rules in your contract after booking, but honestly I think that’s what keeps this condo so nice. Could use some cosmetic fixes. The host were great at communicating! We would stay in this condo again! We love ALL of dunes village!

Great stay for family trip

The room was small but expected. With 8 people of all different ages we made it work! The resort was great for the kids that didnt want to be on the beach. Kitchen was stocked with the dishes we needed to make small meals. Everything was funtional and comfortable. The cafe with starbucks in the building next door was an added bonus! Overall great trip. We will be back!

The condo was perfect for us. It was a good amount of space and it was clean. An older unit but well taken care of. The amenities were perfect, as it rained the entire time and the kids were still able to have a great time at the water park area. 5 minute drive to the boardwalk and maybe 10 to broadway at the beach.

we loved the hotel and enjoyed spending time with family. The room was great just the wall bed was broke at the head board but other then that it was nice..

The cleanliness of this property me is horrible! All the furniture is disgusting!

I would not recommend anyone reading this unit until they can deep clean this property. Impossibly replace some of the furniture due tof the furniture due to it being so nasty and covered in stains. This unit was a bad experience! When reaching out to the company communication was very poor. On helping with this situation or reimbursing any of the cleaning fees that were paid.
