This condo offers a truly mesmerizing ocean view from its balcony! Nestled in Sands Ocean Club within the Shore Drive Area, it's situated on a lower floor, providing you with wonderful ocean vistas. The condo features two comfortable beds and can accommodate up to four guests. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC, Sands Ocean Club (home to Ocean Annies) is a resort that leaves no desire unfulfilled.
Inside the oceanfront condo, you'll find all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay, including a mini-refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and a private bathroom. The resort boasts a wide range of amenities, including heated pools, a private oceanfront balcony, a lazy river, and inviting hot tubs. Plus, you'll have access to complimentary WiFi for your convenience.
Being conveniently located just steps away from Ocean Annies, you can immerse yourself in live beachside music and a vibrant atmosphere. Moreover, it's just a short drive away from renowned attractions like Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations are within easy reach.
Please take note that parking is available for a fee of $25 per vehicle, and there's a daily $5 trash disposal fee, which will be applied during the check-in process. We genuinely hope that you savor every moment of your stay in this condo, just as much as we do!

Perfect relaxing vacation

Can’t beat ocean front! The price was really nice plenty of room for the 2 of us. The sound of the ocean was so relaxing it put us to sleep every night. We saw dolphins swimming from the balcony Great memories made.

Oceanfront

The Resort has seen better days. The room was ocean-front so that was nice. Way too many rules/ and emails just to get a key card then paying for parking at the resort and turning in the key card. It would be much nicer to have a code/key right at the door.

Very Small

Updated furniture & flooring are the only good things. Unit is very small. Check in & check out process is inconvenient & not necessary. (Driving 5 miles away to a pretty much hidden drop box to pick up a key card) A simple numerical keypad upgrade would eliminate this & be more convient for the guest. The cooktop was absolutely gross & needs updated badly. The bathtub is awful due to the owner trying to paint it instead of replacing it. The small fridge is iced up & doesn't close good because its too big for the area its shoved into. Pictures are a bit deceiving.

I loved the condo!! The views from the balcony were amazing indeed. Close to everything you need restaurants, lounge, shopping and of course Ocean Annie’s !! Love all the music!! Only thing I wish it had in room was a lil bigger fridge other than that I will definitely be booking again !!

A couple of small issues

The property management was fantastic. Very easy process to pick up and drop off the key. I was dreading it prior to arrival, because it seemed like a hassle to drive off property for the key. But, it's only a very short drive and worked out fine and at any hour of the day for check in. The only property issue I have is the freezer was completely locked up with ice, so the frozen grocery items I bought were lost. Otherwise, the property was fine for what you pay for...let's be honest, it's not the Ritz Carlton, but I wasn't expecting any more than what it is. Clean and a good bed.

Disappointment

The Sands had many upgrades from our last stay. Everything ran smoother. The parking enter key card to the room key card very easy to use. I did not like the check in process to much stuff to do all the rules. Just not the place for us. I guess its a place just for young people.

I wish I didn't have to write a bad review

The property itself was nice for the price. I would suggest the shower be replaced. They attempted to paint it to refresh, but it's peeling. Also- the area above the shower and the baseboards need scrubbed. I would also suggest getting the coffee pot off the floor of the closet. It was overall clean and updated and had a wonderful view of the ocean. I feel bad for the owner, because the management team is doing them a disservice. First, there are TOO MANY emails from the management company and it's confusing because not all of the information applied to my location. The key is located off site. I asked about this before I booked and the reply led me to believe that there would be an automatic entry situation. Not the case. It was off site. There were many punitive rules about coming early or leaving late having things not plugged in properly, etc. Not welcoming AT ALL. The KEY DID NOT WORK!!! There was no one to talk to about this ONLY TEXT!!!! The man that came with the replacement was nice, but the management company should have the same consideration they expect and there was none given. In other words, if I am going to be penalized for early arrivals or late departures, there should be compensation for the major inconvenience of having to wait an hour to get into the property. In addition, the staff at the facility was RUDE!!! It was all too much! I hope the property owners see this so they can get these issues resolved.

Served its purpose

Check in and out was a little confusing at first but we worked it out. I loved the property been staying here for years. the condo served everything we needed. Will stay again.

Our stay

Condo was lovely and Julie was very attentive and prompt correspondence.and our only complaint is that we had to travel an extra 5 miles to pick up our key which inadvertantly cost us an extra $10

Zero Cell Service

The cell/wifi service was absolutely Non Existent! Couldn’t even call/text, order Uber, nothing. Had to walk outside to do simple communication. Terrible. And had to take the Single key we got all the way back to a house where we picked it up? Ridiculous! Left it in room. Wasn’t happening. Never again

Low prices require low expectations

Building is old and dirty. Room is old. Ocean Annie’s is right outside your door and bands played till 11pm. Could be heard Inside your room. Construction during the day with saws heard in room. Very low rental price so remember there’s always a reason.
