This house was amazing for a large group! The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect and nice to have three floors to spread out with our group. The host was also very quick to respond with any questions. Home was very clean and even came with some amazing welcome gifts! I highly recommend this property!

The home is charming and located close to coffee shops and a fun rooftop bar. Easy walk to King Street. House comes equipped with coffee makers and coffee.

The house was okay. Lots of bedrooms and beds. Not much living space. King Street was 5 to 6 blocks walk. 10 to 15 minutes The biggest disappointment was having to park one block over. I was expecting next to house. My bad for not reading the description closely. Was okay but for the price I guess I expected more.

Gorgeous and historic inn

We had an amazing time in Charleston and were so happy to be able to stay in this stylish historic home. Short uber rides away from everything and great restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

Wedding Getaway

Family and friends all met to stay for a beautiful Charleston wedding event. This house met all our needs and perfectly situated to enjoy the Charleston atmosphere. We will stay again if the opportunity arises.

What a gem!

It’s very hard to leave this lovely apartment- felt more like a home than a rental. Beautifully decorated and in a great location. Responsive staff etc, Am definitely returning.

Lovely place

The unit was just beautiful. Everything was so thoughtful. In an area that is often loud with exterior noises from neighbors and the road, they have made it a non issue.

Hated to Leave

This house was a 10. I would have been happy to stay, hang out and curl up with a book but our family had so much planned. This beautifully decorated home was perfect for our group of ten. The kitchens were well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of gathering space. Would stay here again.

We loved the decor, the comfort, and especially the location. It's close to everything you need! The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Perfect for a large group

I booked this property for a party of 12 women. It was the perfect amount of space for our party. There were two modern kitchens and plenty of bathrooms. The 9 bedrooms available comfortably accommodated our group, allowing those who wanted privacy to occupy single bedrooms. The large porch on the second floor was perfect for out group to gather. It would have been nice to have a larger indoor gathering space off the first-floor kitchen. We often gathered there and it felt cramped with not enough seats for everyone. I would absolutely rent this home again.

We had a great stay with some co-workers on a work trip. The communication was very fast when I sent text messages asking different questions. The house was just what we needed, and I wouldn't have changed anything about the actual house. The only negative I would mention is the parking...and if it hadn't rained the entire trip, I wouldn't mention it. The parking for this house is a block over, and if it rains for a visit, just plan to get wet retrieving your vehicle. :)

Clean and modern apartment, in a charming historic home- I ended up staying at 90 Spring.

This review is for 90 Spring St. Unit D- Excellent small apartment, good if you are going to be out and about, not so good for hanging in-doors as living area is small. Good location, easy walk to King St. Only thing that would be nice is chairs for porch.

Wonderful stay in Charleston

I recently stayed at this property with my family and had a wonderful time. The rental was clean, nicely decorated and provided us with all that we needed. The neighborhood was charming and we had a number of restaurants within walking distance. The beds were also very comfortable!
