This was the PERFECT home for our Bachelorette. The house is absolutely stunning, comfortable, and has everything you need for your stay. It's in an amazing location and within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars. Also the POOL is such an awesome perk to have. The hosts were lovely and communicative. Absolutely recommend this home!

Overall, our accommodations were even better than we expected. The host’s responses were quick and helpful. The home was beautiful and located in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Our family of 7 1 friend really enjoyed our stay here! It is just off King St. and a quick walk to most everything. Property looks just like the pictures. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. We had a couple questions and Patrick and Amanda responded very quickly. Driveway parking spot was also a plus. We went to Folly Beach and it was an easy twenty minute drive. This home was a great spot that allowed us to relax and unwind after busy sightseeing and shopping days in Charleston!

What a perfect spot!! Only a block from King Street, this 5 bedroom fit all 7 of us on our girls weekend with room to spare. The beds were heavenly, the kitchen well appointed, the pool a blessing on a warm day or after walking the city. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities we could need. A

We recently stayed at this property for 5 days. The place was very clean and everything you needed was easily available. The owner was very communicative and provided many great suggestions. This property is very convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping.

Great stay in Charleston

The house is perfectly located a block away from upper King St. House is very well appointed and has great living, entertaining space. Bedrooms are very spacious. Host was excellent in communication.

Wonderful stay! We booked a girls trip in Jan and loved our time at the property. Walking distance to everything. The house was set up perfectly for our group - comfortable beds, beautiful decor, living/kitchen spaces designed for larger groups to gather. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible when we had delayed flights on our check out day. Thank you again to Patrick and Amanda!

“Fantastic stay in Downtown Charleston!! Perfect location. We walked to some amazing shops and restaurants. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay, the house was beautiful and every bedroom was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. We appreciated the extra care taken in every space - especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We were walkable to everything - including historic downtown - but we also found some shopping and eating gems right around the corner in this trendy neighborhood. This house is particularly great for groups that like to gather around the kitchen island and adjacent dining table. We played a lot of trivia!

We were a group of 5 old friends on a girls’ trip and this house was great for us. We each had our own bedroom, which were all beautifully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen is large with a huge table perfect for gathering. The location is a ways North of the main downtown area, but not a bad walk or an easy Uber. There is a lot of construction in the area, so bring your favorite earplugs or use the ones the host provides. We were not bothered by the construction, just be aware it’s going on. The host is very responsive and also gave wonderful suggestions for our stay. The home is well stocked and even has Keurig and Nespresso pods for your use.

The home is very beautifully decorated. But it is much smaller in person than it looks in the pictures. For instance, the pool area does not have any room for lounge chairs, only about a 3 foot wide cement walkway around a dipping pool.The kitchen was lovely, large and spacious with a table that fit 10 of us easily. The neighborhood is OK. Close to everything but a little grimy. And they’re building a huge structureright across the street, so the drilling and construction wasn’t wonderful to listen to.

Absolutely beautiful property that exceeeded all off our expectations! Close to be able to walk to King Street and so many close areas for coffee, food! The property was stunning and the perfect place for the bridal party to get ready for my daughter’s wedding and the decor was perfect for pictures.
