Welcome to "West of the Pecos"! This Southwestern style tiny home is the perfect place to relax! Centrally located in Carlsbad, NM, only 45 minutes away from the famous Carlsbad Caverns! 5 Minutes from downtown restaurants and an amazing local brewery. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, with an additional queen size futon in the living room if needed. Check in easy with custom smart lock code. WiFi, SmartTV, and free parking provided out-front of the unit.

Softball tournament weekend.

This was the perfect size. Everything went so smoothly. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and bedding. Very cozy and clean stay. The most important thing is staying cool while sleeping and there was absolutely no complaints there.

Perfect spot for visiting the National Parks

It was the perfect size for my wife and I, and was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping for vacation supplies. The house was cozy and very well decorated. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

National park base camp

Thank you for a cozy place to stay while I checked out Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. The bed was comfy, but the bathroom was really small. The shower in the camper I stayed at in Big Bend was bigger than this shower. If you’re looking for a great burger go to Lucky Bull Grill!

Great little stay

Accurate online description of the property. Just enough space for a couple and great value overall. Property was clean when we arrived and check-in was easy. Host was responsive and helpful during our stay. The bathroom is tight but has everything needed for showering, brushing your teeth, and using the restroom. Fully functional kitchen with size fridge was great. Would recommend stay to family and friends. The neighborhood isn't the best but not a huge deal as we were gone from the rental most days at the national parks.

home in Carlsbad

very comfortable home for 2. well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood away from busier downtown. we stayed during windstorms, and dust got into the little house, but the air conditioners really helped. there were 2 and very adequate. the host was very prompt to respond to our questions. we enjoyed our stay here

Cute little house

The house small but comfortable and very clean. Only thing was how small the bathroom and shower were. We read the listing and knew it would be small. I'm 5'4" and I was fine.. We had a great stay

A great little home away from home!

This little home was a pleasant surprise. It surprisingly has everything you could need and feels much bigger than you’d expect! Loved the Keurig coffee maker! It is also right in the middle of town. A short drive to everything and an easy drive to the Caverns & surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

Pilgrimage

This trip was unbelievably important in my life. It was *hot*. apparently it was hotter than the usual June, and man o man! This lovely little place was son cool and comfy after being out and about. Clean, cool, beautifully decorated, with a special surprise. There was a box of pancake mix in the fridge and a waffle iron. This place was part of the most amazing trip of my life

Clean & Comfortable

My husband ended up making this work trip without me and mentioned it would have been tight for the two of us had I came on the trip with him and stayed here. Small bedroom and bath but the home was very clean with a comfortable bed and very responsive host! It's perfect for one person and he would stay again if traveling alone.

Comfy Space

The house was stocked nicely! It was in a great location that was accessible to all the activities we wanted to do. The property manager was amazing. We had a problem with the TV, and she was there quickly and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Part of Our 16 Days Traveling Through New Mexico

We were looking for a place to stay for five nights while we spent time at both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park. The location was perfect and the accomodations were exactly what we wanted: comfortable, quiet and convenient.

Carlsbad caverns

This place was very cute, decorated in the areas style. It was very welcoming, tbey not only had a coffee pot but coffee as well AND a waffle maker with waffle mix too! It was clean, welcoming and a pleasure to stay at and we would do it again.

Quick stay, cozy house, & simple process

We only stayed for one night, but we had a good experience! The bed and even the couch futon were really comfortable!

Disappointing

Way to small for 2 adult women and one 11 year old child. No bedding for the futon anywhere in site. Key pad on front door took forever to get in. Gravel front and back, no outside seating of any kind. Neighborhood was questionable at best. Shower was the size of a small refrigerator box. Grandson could not raise his arm to wash his hair in the shower, accidentally broke one of the dispensers as the shower was that SMALL. However I will pay 40.00 dollars for one of the dispenser bottles as requested by the owner. Will never stay there again.
