This home was exceptional. We had everything we needed. The quality and attention to detail of this home, were one of the best we have stayed in. This newly constructed home was also convenient to all restaurants and shops downtown as well as convenient to the national parks. I would highly recommend Mike’s home! Great host as well with quick responses and easy check-in and check-out. Thank you Mike!!!

This house was perfect for our family trip to Carlsbad! The house is new and offers modern amenities, and is on the south side of town making it convenient to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountain National Park. The garage parking was a double bonus. Our host was very responsive and communicated very well throughout the whole process. This is a house we'd recommend for a couple or a family.

Beautiful, new, professionally decorated home with welcoming open floor and relaxing shaded sitting area in the back yard. The property is also dog friendly, a huge plus, with a completely fenced yard. There is ample parking and you're even given a door opener so you can park in the garage. There is a washer and dryer, nice linens, and a hassle free check out policy. Mike, the host, was proactive in his communication. Highly recommend Mike and this property. Just be aware that it is a new property, so a few things could be added like some kitchen items (hot pot, mixing bowls).

Beautiful new home with incredibly comfortable beds that provided a great rest for my family after a long day's travel. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Although it was short as we were passing through, the house was clean, updated and beautiful…just what we needed to unwind after a long day on the road. The host was very responsive to questions and made check in and check out so easy. We appreciate everything and would definitely rebook if we are in the area again!

House was very clean and host was very responsive. It's a new house with VRBO minded furnishings (sleek, easy to clean). A great stop on our national parks adventures.

Truly a desert oasis! This property is exactly how it is described and absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 3 had a really hard time leaving it! It is newly built and has all of the modern conveniences. Check in/check out was seamless and we had everything we needed. This was perfect for visiting the caverns. Highly recommend staying here! If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stay again!

We visited the caverns at Carlsbad for a long weekend. The house was beautiful Just prefect. The house is brand new, located in a very walkable development and close to restaurants. Mike’s communication with us was immediate and very helpful. Would definitely rent again next time we’re visiting the area.

Host was super easy to communicate with when I had any questions. House is nicely outfitted. Very clean. Great house if you are traveling to the National Parks. My dog loved the fenced in back yard.

Spacious, with lots of room to spread out; photos don't do it justice. Spotless, had everything we needed... except for a toaster which wasn't a big deal, we just like our morning toast before our hikes :). There was an unseasonable heat wave so we really appreciated access to the garage to keep our car from baking in the sun. Made a great base for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. Owner was very responsive.

We were only able to stay 2 nights in this beautiful home. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to head back home. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to stay near Carlsbad.
