Situated directly across the street from public beach access in beautiful Nedonna Beach, this cozy home offers something for everyone. Soak in the sun and sea breezes on the private deck while your dog enjoys the fully enclosed yard. Break out the board games for a game night or keep the kids entertained with toys and books, in addition to Wifi and cable. Be sure to grab chairs and sand toys from the house before heading over to the beach. The full kitchen makes at-home dinners a breeze and everyone can wind down at night watching a DVD.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house was homey and a great location. We loved that it is so near the beach! The only things that brought the rating down was that there was quite a bit of dog hair on the kitchen towels and the decor was dusty, like it hadn't been deep cleaned in awhile. Also, the only pot holder in the kitchen melted to the oven rack when trying to take a pan out of the oven, so I had to use a towel instead.Otherwise, we loved our vacation and are appreciative of the affordable home so close to a wonderful beach!

A gem!

I took a little chance on this with some of the negative reviews--my partner gets very skittish about that sort of thing. I'm glad I tried it out, because this place is marvelous! So nicely laid out with every convenience and the beach is literally across the street. It is not newly constructed but it is clean and in great shape. We ended up not bringing our dog but she would have loved it. We will be back!

Great price point for proximity to the beach, great upper deck for relaxing outside.

For the price point on this home, it's a great deal for staying close to the beach. Humans and dogs in our party enjoyed the enclosed 2nd level deck off the main living area for enjoying the sun and breeze. Lots of games, puzzles, and dvds available for when Oregon Coast weather keeps you indoors. The home is definitely very well loved, but that's to be expected in a vacation rental in general, and again a very fair price point for this home.

Wonderful Time

Just me, the husband and our 2 kids for a quiet weekend. The beach was only minutes away. We walked up the beach to the jetty, probably during the worst wind of the day. The weather was wet and windy but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. I love a good storm. The house was probably bigger than what the 4 of us needed but we were comfortable and enjoyed lit stay. Considering staying here again for future visits.

Amazing!

Fully stocked kitchen, lots of room! Love the relaxing room upstairs and kids toys/books. The full bed mattress downstairs isn’t comfortable, but everything else was great! Dog hair on the blankets and bedding, but expected for a dog friendly home. If you have pet allergies this isn’t the home for you. For the price we were super happy with how nice the home was, no musty smell/mold exposed. Easy beach access right across the street. Quiet nice neighborhood. It felt like a family’s vacation home we were staying at. We will definitely be back! Vacasa was quick to respond to all questions, very thankful!

Fall getaway

The location within walking distance to beach was amazing. Accommodations were great for our group. It was nice being close to town but far enough away to be away from crowds. Thanks for a great visit!!

Not user friendly

Save your money on this one. Very poor layout. Kitchen and very small dining downstairs, living room upstairs. Upstairs deck has partial view but absolutely nothing to sit on. Crud covered front window and moldy deck railing (these issues were mentioned in a previous review but never corrected). There are better places.

Great location to the beach! House was set uo well for families. Was a little dirty . Nothing major. The yatd was fenced in but was very unkept and rum down. It coukd use some cleaning up.

Absolute Gem!

Clean, very well appointed and perfectly located. Simultaneously roomy and cozy, with multiple spaces to gather as a group or find some quiet time. Quiet neighborhood, Super easy beach access, Close enough for a quick ice and beer run to town plus a fenced yard for your furry kids. Our only regret is not staying longer!

Perfect home, perfect location!

We had an awesome stay at the house, beach access is right across, there is a partial view from second floor. I absolutely loved the fenced yard as it was much easier when it came to my pups. The house is equipped with all one or a group needs for a stay, very clean and has lots of privacy. Beautiful and perfect house for a vacation. Thank you for sharing it with us.😍

Harvey’s Nest House

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was lots of room for the two of us and our two dogs. The fenced in backyard was great, the dogs could come and go at their leisure or they could hang out on the upstairs deck. The beach access was just across the street - real easy access. There were lots of puzzles and games for those rainy days. A great place and we hope to come back again!
