Great view of the ocean - we could sit on the back porch and enjoy the beautiful sunrise every morning; there was a boardwalk leading to the beach, a 5 minute walk. Our host was very welcoming, accessible and accommodating.There was a huge binder in the unit where our host had lists of area restaurants with menus, as well as activities available on the island, all within a short driving distance. Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach is quite charming, and we hope to visit again!

It was a great place. There could have been more towels to get through more than a couple of days, but I'm sure people steal them over time, so I understand. Overall, very nice place and I would stay again. Very clean and that is so important to me

Thank you for your review. We welcome you back! Since I live 6 minutes down the road, I wish you had contacted me directly. Just to be precise, there are six complete sets (bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes) in the two bathrooms. We also provide 5 laundry pods and bleach for our full size washer and dryer in the condo if you liked to launder the six sets during your stay. We appreciate the compliment about the cleanliness! That is very important to me and I’ve let many housekeepers go unfortunately if they aren’t up to my standards. Come back soon and have a great rest of your summer.

Medea's place is beautiful, fully supplied with everything you might need to make your trip feel like home away from home. The furniture, the view, the decor and all is top of the line, and we hope to return again and again and again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The host provided us with a list of restaurants in the area and things to do while we were there. Everything was extremely clean and there were lots of items in the condo available for our use-all linens, appliances, including washer and dryer, dishes, cookware, etc. The view was absolutely amazing from the balcony with a great view of the beach and the pool. Easy access to the pool and the beach from the condo. We were provided with clear check-in and check-out instructions and great directions. Very enjoyable experience. We are hoping we can return and stay here again. Would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful well appointed condo in a wonderful, relaxing area. The owner was very easy to deal with and was very accommodating. The island is very family friendly and offers many places to sightsee and dine. We hope to return to see more of the island!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo and would absolutely come back. The view alone is worth it—waking up and seeing the ocean right from the balcony was the highlight of our trip. It’s exactly what you hope for in a beach getaway.

Great view from the 4th floor corner unit. Easy access to the elevator, pool, and beach.The kitchen was well equipped. Nice stay for 4 senior ladies.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was great, the views were amazing, and the place had everything you could need, including beach towels and kitchen amenities. The host was very kind and attentive and available if we needed anything. I would definitely stay Again!

What a wonderful place to stay! It was easy check in and out. Host was most accommodating, provided detailed info for things to do, places to eat etc. It was very peaceful with an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was just as described in the listing. Well stocked with everything you need. The communication with the owner was spot on and the recommendations for dining and things to do and see were very helpful. Did I mention the view!

Condo is exactly as advertised! Terrific location (very easy to drive from Jacksonville airport), quick walk over dunes to get to the beach--which has beautiful white sand, plenty of space any time of day, and surprisingly strong waves! The beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, and view from the balcony was amazing. Strongly recommend going to the closer grocery store, Harris Teeter (where you can get a glass of wine if you choose) vs. Publix. For activities, we enjoyed an Amelia River Cruise, day trip to St. Augustine, and dining at Salt Life. But mostly we just sat on the beach and soaked up this beautiful spot! Medea was in communication several times to make sure we had what we needed. We would definitely return!

This is a great condo: beautiful views of the ocean, nicely equipped and well managed. The communications with the host were also excellent! She is very accessible and very clear with instructions and lots of helpful information about the area.

My family of 2 adults, 2 kids spent the last week at this awesome condo. We loved the welcome flowers. The sunrise every morning was breathtaking. We enjoyed the small details the host put into this rental. We had everything we needed. We explored and ate at the recommendations Medea provided. There was so much to see and do during our stay, we enjoyed the local ice cream DeNucci’s and seven brew close by. Took a day trip to the Jacksonville Zoo. That was fun. It was warm but plenty of shady areas. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was great. My kids enjoyed the tortoise around the property. We saw dolphins, pelicans, tortoises and tons of lizards. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back. The balcony views are hard to beat. Thanks for having us.
