Same great condo, new owners. This two bedroom condo is located on the ocean and provides ocean views from every room. The condo has an open floor plan, perfect for your family. We welcome your family to enjoy our beautiful island. We follow the CDC’s guidelines for cleaning and provide Clorox wipes to provide a clean environment for you and your family. We provide towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, dish washer tabs and beach toys for your stay. All you need to bring is your bathing suit and food!

This condo was outstanding! The name should be Beach “Heaven” because it was like we were in the most perfect, most beautiful, most clean, most Bright and Airy place on earth! We were right on the beach, could see every wave and counted dozens and dozens of dolphins from our balcony. The clouds even were spectacular! We will definitely be staying here again real soon, thank you so much! S. & B. Locke

Wedding celebration

Overall a very nice property. Unfortunately, they were dredging the whole time we were there so we could not go to the beach and it was noisy.

Best Florida Trip Yet

The condo was spacious and well laid out. The appliances were modern and good quality and the kitchen was very well stocked. The views of the beach and ocean were wonderful. Our best-ever stay in Florida!

Wonderful condo

We enjoyed our stay in Fernandina Beach. Granted, we were there for a wedding where the reception was held at the Sandbar which the condo overlooks, so the location was perfect for that. It is close to parks, and the greenway walking/cycling trails. It is a short drive to amenities like grocery stores and such. The condo itself is well laid out, well equipped, and updated and tastefully decorated. The only negative was the noise from the Sandbar's a/c equipment, but it wasn't too loud to drown out the sound of the ocean. Highly recommend.

Ladies week

Three of us (coworkers) decided to take a short trip together & agreed on Amelia Island. This listing was exactly as described, easy understandably/access; super great beach location/access. My only feedback: not sitting on the deck Adirondack chairs as each were really dirty & also too big for the area. But that was not a big deal overall. Beds/couch super comfy; kitchen had good tools and bathrooms great.Loved the place & the location!

Family Vacation

I took my sister, girl friend, and father on a long weekend getaway. And the say it was amazing was an understatement, the host was awesome, so responsive, respectful, and the condo was so clean and welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend coming back.

Right on the Beach

Spotless, classy, great view from 204. Very nice on-the-beach location. Managment and pre-information was very precise and helpful. We will return.

Wedding & Honeymoon in Florida

We had a fabulous time. The condo was beautiful. Pictures are exact and great household items to utilize while you stay. Literally walk out your door to the beach. That view!! We will definitely be back to stay here.

Spring Break 2024

Such a great place! Weather could have cooperated more but it was so great to have a wonderful place to stay when we couldn’t be on the beach. Great location by restaurants, etc. with a fabulous view of the beach. Super comfortable beds. Property manager was great with helping deal with a few small issues. This is our 2nd year in FB and look forward to coming back in the future!!

Great location

Great location. Classy and spacious! Plenty of everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Well stocked kitchen. A keyless entry would be nice. I was concerned about the restaurant on one side of the balcony. It was not a problem as there was plenty ocean view looking to the right and out the windows! A great vacation!

After Christmas Getaway

Condo is updated and great. All that is need for a stay is available. Pots, pans, baking supplies (kitchenaid Stand mixer, wow!). Beds comfortable, bathrooms big and nice. View from every window and restaurants walking distance. Hear the waves from balcony. Will stay again. Everyone enjoyed the condo and the area.

Location, location, location!!

We enjoyed being close to a couple of restaurants. Only possible negative was noise and smell from the restaurant, while sitting on the balcony at times, it was not constant so really was not a problem for us, it was easy to overlook because of the convenience and the condo is beautiful inside and the view with the many windows make up for it! A nice improvement would be to add a tv in the 2nd bedroom, it would also help with drowning out the unwanted sounds at night! We enjoyed our time at this condo!

Perfect beach condo

We stayed at the condo for a nice getaway back to the beach since we've moved to Atlanta. We had such a great time. This place was right on the beach, a restaurant and bar right there next door and was so comfortable. The master bath was AMAZING after a long day on the beach. I would definitely book it again even with a longer stay. It was just the two of us and would have been perfect for two couples. Plenty of space! We made breakfast with the drapes pulled and ate with a view of the beach. It was perfect. Thank you so much to the hosts Christie and her fiance for being so attentive and making sure we had everything we needed! You should definitely try this place out!

Perfect anniversary getaway

My husband and I wanted a beach getaway for our anniversary and this lovely condo right on the beach was perfect! It is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and ocean views everywhere. We loved having our coffee on the deck every morning while we watched the sun rise. The unit is extremely well stocked and had everything we needed and more! We loved walking the beach everyday and we appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, and chairs. The location was great, we could walk to some restaurants and had a short drive to many others. We would definitely stay here again!
