Something we should remind guests about, please check the burn ban map before starting a campfire, especially in the summer. This was a non issue with your group just something we try to remind guests about. We hope to have you back again someday.

The cabin was beautiful and location was perfect. The host was the best always got right back with us when we had questions.

Good guests! House was left beautiful. The only issue was one of the bedrooms had a very strong odor that took us days to get rid of. It was never determined what exactly it was.

The cabin really does have a great floorplan for a couples trip. Thanks for sharing pictures! We love seeing everyone enjoying their time away. River the neighborhood cat has bee adopted! He is now living with his family in another state. We are all grateful to everyone who loved on him! (Don't worry, anyone reading about this should know he was never allowed inside! His story will be left at the cabin along with a picture for future guests to read about) We hope your group will return in the future! Thank you for being such great guests!

Awesome property and wonderful host. They put up a Christmas tree when we asked for one and the place was very welcoming. We loved it.

Beautiful property. Had lots of fun with our the young kids. River was not too deep for them to swim and we caught a dozen fish over three days. You do have to be aware of the dam releases though as the river is not safe for anyone other than experienced kayakers at that time. The property is quiet but very close to town where we enjoyed a couple of restaurants, Caddo mounds and Dino dig for the kids. House was large and nice, little amenities like laundry detergent and coffee really added a nice touch. Light switches were labeled which was awesome lol. Excellent hot tub during cooler months was great for after the river.

It sounds like everyone had a great time. Swimming is perfect for families when the river is low. It is true your activities need to adjust when water is being released from the dam. We offer detailed information for those wanting to float the river when water is being released. Kayaks are the preferred way, water tubes are for the more advanced and adventurous people. Fishing is also a favorite activity, happy to hear the fish were biting for you. Guests should be aware they need two Arkansas fishing license, one basic and one for trout. Wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our stay!! Lots of space, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of outdoor seating, and easy access to the river. Not to mention, everything is beautiful and homey. We had a very relaxing time! Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved the location and amenities of this beautiful cabin. The river was perfect for wading with easy access to the water. Zero complaints and the hosts were responsive and amazing! Thank you for having us!

Relaxing Stay

We had an amazing time staying here. From the moment we made our reservation the host was amazing.

We utilized the fire pit, the grill and the wood fire pit. We loved this property and will definitely visit again.

Great Vacation Home

Beautiful property surrounded by trees right on the river. Great getaway to recharge, enjoy nature and enjoy time with family. We took our three young children and both sides of grandparents.
