The second home (Nauset Cottage) is 5 bedrooms and fronts on Sea Mist Dr. Total of over 6,600 sq ft of living space, 11 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Both homes have finished basements, outdoor showers, and multiple decks overlooking matured landscaping. Only .1 mile to the Town Landing at Meetinghouse Pond, 1.3 miles to the Village of East Orleans, and less than 2 miles to spectacular Nauset Beach. New heated pool, patio and outdoor kitchen installed for all your outdoor living enjoyment.

We got married here on Cape Cod in 2000. We searched everywhere for a property like this that could accommodate our wedding party and family. It didn't exist, so we decided to create it. We purchased our first property in 2005 with a vision. We are happy to be able to say that our vision has come to fruition.
