The expansive 2 acre lot has plenty of room for outdoor games and is surrounded by 4+ acres of conservation land to ensure you and your guests will have plenty of privacy. Meanwhile, the back patio provides guests with access to a 20’x40’ heated pool and hot tub, as well as a firepit perfect for delicious cookouts and tellings of well-worn ghost stories.
Although this unique Orleans property is perfect for bringing family together, it also provides room for family members to spread out and do their own thing. The new kitchen is a chef's dream, with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. This home offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in January – June & September – December. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived. We require our lease agreement to be signed to stay in our home.
Dogs may be allowed - but must be discussed before booking. We reserve the right to say "no" depending on the discussion. We charge an extra fee for the pet stay.
