The home sleeps a total of 8 guests and includes 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large, private backyard, perfect for spending time with family and friends. Large dining room table to fit all of the guests. 3 TVs in the house, 1 in the living room, 1 in the bedroom upstairs (king bed room) and 1 in guest bedroom (queen bed). All TVs have subscriptions to Disney+, Hulu and ESPN.

HOUSE RULES:
Guest access: access to entire home with the exception of 1 storage room under stairs (owner's use)

NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Outdoor surveillance on site, camera in the backyard set to privacy while guests are staying at the home.

$1000 FINE FOR SMOKING INSIDE. PLEASE, JUST DON'T DO IT. SMOKE OUTSIDE.

Propane tank for the gas grill is provided.
